On Wednesday, 8 March 2023, L.A. Louver hosted an event with artist Alison Saar. Held on International Women's Day, this event celebrated the creative forces of Black female writers and poets and included a selection of music chosen by Alison to expand on the topics presented in her exhibition, 'Uproot.'
