I love that Ultraboost aren't hyped anymore. Was able to get the creams for under retail on StockX like a week after they dropped. It's a good time to be alive.

Had a pair of the OGs when they first released. Sold them for rent money only to watch them sky rocket in resale value a few weeks later (that hurt). Knowing how much I loved that pair, my fiancé ordered me the retro’s as a surprise. Super stoked to have them back in collection!

Adidas just released to many pairs around the same time. I love that ultraboost sand yeezys are easily attainable, but it would be better if the release dates were more spread out. We got three yeezys last month, three yeezys this month, and a bunch of ultraboost retros in a span of two weeks. The average consumer can’t buy them all.
For me, I bought the engineered garments 1.0 and those are so amazing. Compared to those, these retro colorways are pretty bland in my opinion. I need something unique and different and the engineered garments 1.0 did that for me
Im super happy that they kept it true to the og but with minor tweaks. I don't care about having the OG, I just love the colors on these creams

That blows! I spent 500 on the Oreo Pharrell’s, kept them ds and just sold them for 500.. sad thing is I lost $bc of fees hoping the price would go way up. But at the same time I’ve made a lot, thank god yeezy resell WAS good. But it’s nice to be able to grab all this cheap now, just got the AKOG ub for like 150 and they are flippin awesomeness.

This my first pair of 1.0's. After I got mine in the mail I no longer wanted any of my 4.0's. 1.0's truly are the best version of the UB shoes without a doubt.
do you feel now that you got the 1.0 you wasted your money on the 4.0?
@@dt-ve7mi Nah not necessarily wasted cause the 4.0 is still an amazing shoe. The 1.0 just seems more intricate in design and softer, whereas the 4.0 is more plain and maybe performance driven? I guess it would come down to personal preference. A good way to put it is the 1.0 is no problem a $180 shoe to me, the 4.0 is like $120 to me. I like them all, but the 1.0 is by far my favorite.

Personally don’t care what the hype is on boost...The cream is prob one of the best looking shoes out there for me and at one point I was ready to drop $500+ for the OG one. Glad to own it regardless

I was really excited when these dropped bc I’ve wanted them since I’ve gotten into sneakers and to have them not skyrocket in resale is amazing so I can get them for Christmas!
I was testing the comfort between the 4D alphaedge on my left foot and Cream UB 2018 on my right foot. Asked my sister which pair she liked more as a non sneaker head she said "the left pair because the right one looks dirty". I told her its because its a cream, tan, off white color way. She said "I don't care it looks dirty". So now when I wear them imma feel like girls think they're dirty, yay.
I was able to cop a pair at midnight during their rerelease. Easily one of my favorite pick ups of the year.
People always talk about shoes not selling because of hype dying, but as just a semi-frugal consumer, I consider the retail price dying on similar models, like just a regular white UB 4.0. Why spend so much for something so similar?

Being able to get retro cream 1.0 for retail is still pretty good even though it's differ from the og. It only releases in certain countries and not all around the world. But anyways it's still abundant now.

He’s how are your OGs still white on the bottoms ? Like no signs of wear ? No matter how much I clean the bottom can’t get the boost completely white in the places my foot strikes.
I was kinda disappointed that the knit pattern isn’t the same. I own a pair of OG wool grey1.0 and compared the knit patterns on both. Still a great colorway nevertheless but I would’ve liked it more if it matched the knit pattern to the OG 1.0 toe box.

Honestly I feel that they're going to the drawing board to figure out what to do for the 5.0, because the 4.0 had by far the least hype, and sat on the shelf the longest. But they still wanted to take advantage of the holidays by re releasing 1.0 colors. I think the restock is just them buying time, but still wanting to be relevant for the holidays
still confused why this pair was $200. The retro of the O.G. black/purple pair are only $180.

I love these man I just don’t have the dough at the time so had no choice but to pass and what sucks is I had the dough when the og dropped and they sold out haha so that didn’t work out but thank God I got them for ten over retail including ship so tech 2 bucks I paid over retail if you include what people paid retail for in shipping. Me personally I hate when people buy for hype that being said I got into the boost game during the end of the 3a and the start of the 4s that being said I never had a chance to cop my favorite type which are the 1s and then 3a but I’m glad for one the hype has chilled way out cuz it gives me a chance to cop under retail for great pairs versus Jordan’s where no matter how sick the shoe looks which there are plenty the comfort just isn’t there. I got a pair of 1.0 and i found the mesh tongue quite uncomfortable, just me? (I got them .5 larger than my normal size)
I think adidas should realise that people have not been fans of the 3.0 and 4.0 patterns. I think they should not bring so many different pattens and keep either the same as the 1.0 or as close to it as possible and do all these new colour ways like the Oreos and New York theme onto the 1.0 pk.
Since adidas updated Boost in 2017, are these retros actually with the „1.0“ boost or with the updated, more compressed one?

I do like Chalk pair, but I prefer the original 'core black/purple' pair.

Ultra boost are not worth for me anymore, 300-330Aud compare to Yeezy $340 per shoes...end of the day YE is a collab/brand and UB is just any other UB😬.

Badly wanted these and the 1.0 OGs but they sold out in seconds when I went online. Not even funny when I say I had them in my basket and as I was midway paying for them, got a message from adidas saying they had run out. Poor experience. I'd rather they produced sufficient numbers of these rather than roll out another set of Yeezys in colours no one asked for and no one wants.
All sizes sat for at least a whole day on the official Adidas site and Kith...
