It’s incredible what a woman’s body can do… thank you yall for celebrating our pregnancy and for praying for us! We know that we weren’t the only ones waiting on an answered prayer, and so know that if you are reading this, we are lifting you up…
Speaking of lifting you up, that’s the topic of todays description devo. Mistakes happen. We all fall short of the glory of God. That’s known…. But don’t you want to stop that? Aren’t you ready to get passed your past? I am too. And that involves us lifting each-other out! Reminding each other that we are called to rise above our feelings and flesh and not be controlled by them. Let’s stop playing the victim card and truly living like we have the Holy Spirit inside of us! This isn’t to call you (and me) out. This is to call you (and me) UP! God has so much more for us than the silly, harmful and distracting things we get caught up in! Let’s be set apart like God made us through His power! Let’s rise above and help others do the same!

I just found out I’m pregnant last week after I had a miscarriage in February. I pretty much cried through this whole video because I completely understand having the anxiety in the first trimester.. and also my hormones are all over the place too so I cry over pretty much everything. 😅😂 I’m so happy for you guys! ❤️

I'm in nursing school right now learning about peds and maternity and it's so cool to be able to follow what you're saying and understand. Truly God has created us women to do awesome things like make a whole entire human being and our bodies know what to do, blows my mind! I'm so exited for you both, congratulations!!!!
I can relate SO much to the anxiety because I experienced a miscarriage with my first pregnancy, and the anxiety/depression in the first trimester for my current pregnancy has been SO hard! I wish it was a happier time but it was filled with so much fear, and constant prayer and reliance on God to grow this little baby inside me! I’m so excited for you guys and am so thrilled to be pregnant at the same time as you Tori!! God is good🙏🏻🙌🏼

Tori is just absolutely glowing. I'm so happy for you guys, it's always amazing when God honours your patience and persistence. If you haven't already, definitely take a recording of the heartbeat! That's something I did and still cherish to this day. I bawled my eyes out the first time I heard it... So surreal ❤
Organic oat and Ginger biscuits and bananas were my go to when I was nauseous - fruit smoothies helped with energy slumps too. I kept lots of fruit (fresh and dried) so I had healthy snacks whenever I was suddenly hungry too as well as cherry tomatoes (and I ate spinach leaves like they were crisps/ chips). Home made ice lollies/ ice pops were good for nausea too especially when I struggled to drink water.

I'm in my first trimester with my first and it can definitely be brutal. That first trimester anxiety is so hard to struggle with as well. So happy for you both and excited for the future pregnancy updates! God bless your little family and thank you for being a blessing to me as well!

That's amazing. I didn't know our bodies did that. Alot of times you hear about our bodies trying to reject things we eat but for it to know how to function to protect a child oh my Lord that is amazing how He created us so wonderfully!
Praise the Lord! I'm so happy for you 🥰 I'm at 25 weeks.. I totally get you with the power naps... first trimester I needed 3 naps a day and now it's down to 1 but easily 2 to 3 hours long 😂😂

I’m seriously so happy for you both!! 🥰 such a wonderful journey you’re on. I really love what you’re saying about your skin absorbing everything you put on it and being conscious of the chemicals in products. Having my son is what made me overhaul my beauty products, cleaning products etc and change to all non toxic, clean and mostly organic. Don’t forget about the fake tan, that’s a big one!

Hey fam! So excited for this journey you all are on. We're currently expecting baby number 2 and it seems like we may be due around the same time! We're due Nov 8th (first baby came on her due date of Nov 12th! So she will be almost 2 when this baby is due.)
I had such similar symptoms to you! My nausea was crazy and I had food aversion to everything. So much so that I lost almost 20lbs throughout, luckily that passed this past week and I can eat again! But I had to comment because you mentioned being so so cold, and for me it was because I wasn't eating enough calories to keep my body warm.
Oh and i learned in my other pregnancy that your bump will always get bigger at night because your ab muscles get tired after holding up the baby all day, so they get more relaxed as the day goes on and your bump shows more!
I'm so excited for you guys and am looking forward to riding through our pregnancies together! 💛
You have a lot of the same symptoms I had my first trimester with my second pregnancy. I craved all the fruit, (after I was finally able to settle my nausea) especially anything citrus. I also drank a lot of water with the crystallized lemon or lime packets. Just made it taste sooo much better 😅 and I also loved the Fresca sparkling soda waters. Anything that was refreshing for me or sour was the best!! And the carbs ooofff.
Other than that, I’m super stoked to see you both as parents and see you both grow even more as you dive into parenthood. So far it’s the greatest ride of my life! 🤍
That's good to hear that chad said he's stepping it up to help. Because to be honest my husband and I are such a great team, we work so well together. My husband works all day all week and comes home and does the dishes, cleans etc. anything our home needs and our family needs. I am very blessed to be a stay at home mom to our toddler and have baby number two on the way. I work so hard for our family & our home and my husband sees it and does whatever he can to make my life easier. And I do the same for him. I couldn't do it without him and same for him. Team work is so wonderful. I'm soo appreciative of the love and support from my husband. Hard working men taking care of their wives and children. I love it

(Oh, and if you want some unsolicited thoughts on that whole "pregnancy brain" thing, Chad,; it's not that, really. The deal is your entire established routine has been thrown on its ear and you're trying to adjust and pick up the slack, so NATURALLY you're forgetting things, misplacing things, fumbling "easy" tasks, because all of that is happening out of "order" and you're trying to both support Tori and keep up with all the work you guys were invested in. Perhaps the real learning moment here for you both (and even for the next pregnancy in your future) is to sit down and start really prioritizing things and seeing what you CAN delay or cancel in order to make time for the new priorities in your life. Life is always a series of trade-offs, and it's probably time for the two of you to sit down in your family planning meetings and start really discussing what HAS to be done versus what you'd LIKE to get done, and shifting to meet the "must-dos" before worrying so much about the "wish-to-dos". Just my $0.02 worth...)

I am so here for these videos!!!! 👏👏Thank you guys so much for being so open about your struggle to get pregnant. Many more people struggle with infertility than we realize. That reality didn't truly hit me till my husband and I went through that journey ourselves. We had unexplained infertility, and it was the hardest time of my life because all my life I dreamed of being a mama. After 16 months God answered our prayers with a YES and in 3 days we will get finally get to meet our little miracle babe! All glory to God for the goodness He has poured out on us! And on you guys! Congrats again! Can't wait to see all the pregnancy/baby updates!!! ❤️

My pregnancy was 9 years ago so I don’t remember any of those detail, but the exhaustion was the main thing, and the bloating. I could have slept 6hrs a day plus 8-10 every night. I’m not kidding you, I was beyond exhausted. I’m so thankful I wasn’t working (crazy circumstances) and was able to sleep so much.

This video is one of the million I’m watching while my husband and I try to conceive (I’m just like you, Tori) and I love what Chad said about not being able to do what you did when you were younger. I think about how in high school I would eat an entire roll of Starbursts during practice and wash it down with 16oz of Doctor Pepper, and now just thinking about that much sugar makes me want to gag.
We’re on our 6th cycle of trying and will find out in 5 days if we’re pregnant. I’m feeling hopeful and eager to be pregnant, but also very content with the process. Much love to the three of you, and I’m looking forward to seeing more videos from you now that I’ve subscribed!

Meaning, looking into the ingredients of vaccines is incredibly important. Horrifying when you realize what’s in them. Night and day health difference in the first half of my vaccinated siblings who spent every week in the clinic to the last half who weren’t at all and never stepped foot in the clinic.

You'll read into anything and everything that you can" oh man this can be used in a sermon. Constipation and vivid dreams were my first symptoms 😂 also had a dream days before finding out I was pregnant that a doctor placed a stethoscope on my chest and said, "Yup there's two heartbeats!" which I felt like was a sign from God. Now I'm 18 weeks! Congrats to you guys!!!!!!
Sore boobs was my first symptom that made me think I was pregnant. They were sooo sore I couldn’t sleep on my stomach. & the only other symptom I had before I took a test was bloating
