6,Cuzon St Belfast 1981 all you heard was this song belting out of my attic room in student house. Just as a side note two of my fellow housemates and friends were cousins of Arty Mc Glynn featured here and probably the best guitarist Ireland has produced. Mr Arty Mc Glynn Omagh.RIP December 2019.
I think a solo Paul Brady would have ripped it up and sounded much better. The band is composed of some terrific musicians, but they sound bored, too high or both, they’re dragging his energy down. If not solo, maybe a small band of Donal, Andy and Liam. Trad musicians can rock out better than most rock musicians.
Didn't realise it was a song from so far back. Thanks for sharing.
Re-uploaded? Does not matter. This song is so good that it should be posted every day.
Fran Breen on drums...Arty Mc Glynn on guitar...James Delaney on keyboards.........class video.......
And that's Jimmy Faulkner on Strat there.
I knew there had to be video of that weekend. Thanks for posting.40 years on. Chris De Burgh was the headline I think?
