He has already; him and many others have laid out guiding wisdom for all. "Never let the future disturb you. You will meet it, if you have to, with the same weapons of reason which today arm you against the present." _Marcus Aurelius, Meditations, 7.8_
Past cannot come back, future is not here yet. All you have is this very movement, what you do right now will decide your future. Start here, start now.
The future has yet to exist, just as the past no longer remains; one must act on realities of the present. Tend to what you can effect; sparsely dwell on that beyond your control.
It is not Marcus Aurelius; that man is Jesus Christ. He's God and rose from the dead on the third day, still alive. John 3:16. We have all failed God and sinned, and we are all spiritually dead because of sin and being apart from God. But the good news is that He paid the price to save you from an eternity away from Him (Hell) that you deserved for your sin, and He will forgive you if you repent and confess Him as your Lord and Savior. He loves you and is waiting for you to repent and believe in Him; His arms are open. Welcome home.

I've noticed that simple meditation is sorely needed, and it's easy to go DECADES without it. I've spent the last 10 years mostly absorbed in technology, filling all empty free time with a video, podcast, or some content. Such little time reflecting, that when i did with this hour, I felt I had 10 years of processing to catch up on. It was very good for me
If you think Marcus Aurelius wouldn’t help people then you haven’t read his book. Chapter 3: ”Focus on the present moment and do what you can to help others”. There are a lot of examples in his book about helping others.
