Absolutely-- it's been going on for many decades. I first noticed that long, white trails were NOT the contrails I always saw as a kid (living near 3 large airports). Those contrails dissapated in a minute or so, and only extended a few "plane-lengths" behind the aircraft. Since the mid 1990s I've seen these trails extend for miles, thickening and widening out until the sky, from horizon to horizon, becomes an off-white, grayish milky cover. Usually numerous trails are sprayed concurrently. 95% of the entire year there is NO blue sky. Media and goverment almost never mention it, and if one searches for info. there is either no info., or it's described as a mere proposal or future possibility. IT IS NOT A "PROPOSAL"--it is, and has been, happening constantly.

There isn't a day going by here in France when we have it clear; it is full of strange trails crisscrossing (not normal flight paths) we never have a nice sunset! Also, what are we breathing in? Quick points: 1) Warming is not the only problem, yes, but is a huge one. 2) Methods without airplains have been proposed that'd be very cost effective. 3) We know what happens when, and risk assessment is optimistic on, sufur is thrown in the atmosphere (as happened before with volcanoes). 4) geo-engeneering will not save calcareous animals :( Nothing will.
