I've watched hundreds of ASMR videos over the last few years. I rely on ASMR to get to sleep. There's a vast amount of creativity and talent around, which I appreciate enormously. Lovely community, wonderful people. But you are my favourite ASMR artist of all, Fred, and this calm, kind and gentle persona is my absolute favourite of yours. Thank you.
I'm an insomniac and it's so hard to fall asleep, both independently and with help (i.e.: with ASMR, drinks, tricks, etc.) but I find myself falling asleep very easily to you, Fred. I greatly appreciate that you do ASMR WANT because I would not get the sleep I need without it. Thank you so very much for making my life better and preventing my depression from getting horrific from lack of sleep.❤

Fred, I have watched multiple videos of yours but I continue to come back to this one. It knocks me out and I sleep soundly, when I normally struggle to gain a good night's sleep. Thank you very much for this video. If you make more Sleep Clinic videos in the future (and I hope you do!) I have a small request, and am not sure if others have already mentioned it. When you are showing the candles in this video and are placing them back in the basket, the small glass jars make a very lovely, gentle clacking noise as they hit against each other. This brief moment of sound is a massive ASMR trigger for me and would love to see this being featured in another video of yours. Keep up the excellent work, and may the tingles be with you!
