Uganda is not governed as a theocratic state. The laws of Uganda are not based on molarity. Your spiritual beliefs are for your values to take you to heaven not for a nation. You need to separate spiritual laws that govern the godly and civil laws that govern society that is ungodly. Bobiwine is not your spiritual leader. But you need political leaders with integrity to govern society where everybody benefits in peace and harmony.
