If I got this right it is....
Make a slipknot
14sc around the band
Ch3 turn
Miss 2sts, dc in next 2sts, then go back to the 2nd missed St and * dc so it crosses over the 2dc.
Miss 1st then repeat from *
1dc in the last st.
1ch turn sc in each st to the end.
Ch3 repeat the pattern as above until desired length.
That's how I see this pattern and it works for me.
Another thing to add, if you don't watch closet or in slow mode on the row that is just sc, there is an nontraditional SC at the end of the row before the ch and turn. I was getting so frustrated to why my send round was off by one and kept getting 13 sc. I thought I was going crazy because I was following it so close. But then I caught it in slow mo. 😂 ❤

@@knittingworkshop21 I do not see them!! There are no instructions, I watched and paused and had to write the pattern myself. Normally I would not do this , as it is very time consuming. However this head band pattern is unique and I found it no where else. Thank you!

Can you just mention the length for which i need to repeat the rows?
Thanks for the video. It would have been helpful to insert little written information about - for example - how many single crochets (in US terms) were made, or ur would be helpful to still add such information in the info box. It is just bothering that we need to count.

Would someone please be so kind as to tell me what she is using for the elastic band using as the connector? I looked on Amazon and the only two that I found that looks similar is solid color elastics, approximately 100 for $7.00, Or 54 prints/solids for $ 8.00. I have already ordered some of the black narrow bands to crochet scrunchies. I am quite sure these won’t work for this headband. I am crocheting items for Operation Christmas Child shoeboxes for our Church project. Thanks for suggestions.

Hello. I made a very beautiful headband in a pretty shade of pink. Turned out so nice!
Can you please tell me how many yards it takes to make the adult headband? I got a very pretty shade of coral yarn from England to make another one. But it is very thin yarn. It says Cotton DK on the label and also120 m . So i know to convert that to yards but there is not much yarn they sent. And I don't want to get partially done and then I run out !
