I know you have this trend of showing more highlights of the winning team, but please show equal proportions to each team's amazing points. Japan played very well in the 3rd set yet we barely saw it
Agreed. Sets 1 and 2 were 25-23 but there were 10 points for Italy shown and only 2 points for Japan. Japan won the 3rd set but there were 8 points for Italy and only 3 for Japan. And then ironically Italy won the 4th set but the points were 8 for Japan and only 1 for Italy.

Inoue shouldn’t have been put in the first 2 sets, so many lost chances, on the other hand Seki’s serves (especially on the 3rd set) and Airi as a Middle was really wonderful. Seki still needs to improve her setting and her dump/attacks.

In the final analysis, Japan 's lost because their body height , 70% of the attacks were blocked.
Multiple false attacks are invalid, which is tantamount to sending the ball back to the opponent and got nailed.
Veteran Nagaoka retired and was recalled, but she has not played in the World class for five years. She got good experience, but has not trained enough , physical strength cannot catch up. Her left-handed attacking power has only reached 65% of the previous level.
This channel doesn't even know how to make fair highlights since day 1😊
Japan leading on the first two sets but couldn’t test past through the 20pts mark. Kudos to Italy’s youngsters or new team for rising to the occasion.

惜しいですよね～やはり最後は身長・パワーの差かと・・・。欧米チームはどこもアタッカー全員が大砲に見える。日本には匹敵する大砲がいないに等しいように思います。古賀、石川、和田、林の巧い攻撃は出ますがその前にサーブで乱されると一発で決められず返される。
高さとパワーを備えたアタッカーがあと何人かいれば…どこにも引けを取らないのではないでしょうか。

Our Thailand team should see Japan as the idol as well, they have small body same Thais, but too strong and did very great jobs on defending. Any team played with Japan had to be patient, Not able to knock them down easily. I had fun a lot watching them, thank both teams.

Fabio, però Omoruyi continua ad avere qualcosa che non mi convince.
Mi sembra che abbia dei vuoti di memoria all'interno di uno stesso set che le fanno commettere degli errori su palle elementari, in più mi sa che dovrebbe migliorare molto al servizio perché molti dei suoi servizi si rivelano essere tipo delle 'free ball' per le avversarie.
I numeri ce li ha, eh, beninteso, non sto dicendo che sia scarsa, però la mia impressione è che sia ancora molto fluttuante.
Ovviamente, è la mia impressione, poi magari mi sbaglio.

3 sets for Italy and 1 for Japan so I think it's fair also they put the best points usually
I would understand if it's like a 60/40 ratio but the winner highlights are almost 70% not to mention that Japan scored more points for the whole game.

honest take: i dont think Japan will seed on top 4 this year. There are lots of team on top 8 that would outplay them, the fact they struggled a lot versus tall-player teams. No hate, I'm always a fan of Japanese teams.
Yes, main reason for that is this year Japan struggled with reception so much so far, they are struggling to play the typical game they have played in previous years where they exhaust their opponents. Yes they play fairly long rallies but not long enough to out play their opponents. They need to improve serve reception and serve tougher to play their classic games, otherwise their physical appearance will be a disadvantage against tall teams..
@@faz-44This is true. Their floor defense today was very great unlike their game vs Netherlands but their passing is not as good as I've been used on seeing considering that Japanese have always been great passers. Only Ishikawa have been passing very well this year's VNL.

Cannot understand why is the coach did not set Wada since the beginning or in the mid when neither Inoue or Hayashi works.
he is too inconsistent with his team selection, starting with different players then shuffling them if the game not going their way. I mean, he needs to put some faith on his players, switching them out from time to time will not only distract their rhythm, but also mentally draining.

3位の目安は3から4敗が目安だったけど、5敗に喫したことはあまりにも痛すぎる敗戦だったわよねえ

Abbiamo preso la squadra più ostica per la finale . Ha uno dei migliori allenatori al mondo ,il migliore ce l'abbiamo noi , ed è in gran forma , inoltre Vargas è uno dei migliori opposti . Nel nostre ragazze dovrebbero limitare gli errori punto . Anche con il Giappone 28 errori sono veramente tanti .. Comunque hanno continuato a migliorare , speriamo facciano un ulteriore passo avanti e se giocano a mente libera e senza pressioni qualche rottura alle turche possono darla.Per le scelte fatte per gli europei do ragione a Mazzanti sopratutto in vista delle olimpiadi . Fersino ,secondo me è superiore a De Gennaro , che rimane comunque una grande del volley mondiale. Ma il tempo passa per tutti e a quarantanni riflessi e reattività non sono quelli di 20 . A proposito qualcuno sa qualcosa di Ferisino ? il commentatore a inizio partita con la Croazia ha detto che aveva problemi fisici e il tutore a protezione del ginocchio con cui a giocato contro Il Canada non è un buon segno
Eppure io continuo a leggere molti commenti tutt'altro che positivi nei confronti di Mazzanti.
E continuo a chiedermi cosa la gente voglia da un allenatore che ha rifondato una nazionale, dopo un periodo che definire disastroso è poco, e in 5 anni scarsi ha portato a casa un bronzo e un oro europei, un bronzo e un argento mondiali, un oro in VNL.
Tra l'altro, ha appena portato al sesto posto e alle final eights di VNL un gruppo di ragazze quasi totalmente prive di esperienza internazionale alle quali pochi, io non ero tra quei pochi e mi sbagliavo, credevano, avendo dimostrato di avere un coraggio che pochi altri avrebbero avuto.
Davvero non riesco a capire.

@@yuppibu9369 Il problema in quel caso è stato dovuto proprio alla pressione esercitata da tutti i giornalisti che davano favorita l'Italia a mani basse . Prova a giocare con una pressione del genere addosso .Comunque fai sbagli. L'errore in quel caso di Mazzanti ,se si può chiamare errore ', è stato di quello di accettare i pronostici e quindi la pressione mentre avrebbe dovuto ribadire che le squadre favorite erano diverse .Quasi sempre la squadra favorita non vince (Velasco) gli ultimi due mondiali femminile e maschile sono stati vinti da 2 squadre che non partivano da favorite Italia e Serbia .Vorrei aggiungere una cosa che Mazzanti è un vulcano di idee e non permettergli di provarle durante un campionato è veramente un grosso errore da parte della nostra federazione..

Vogliamo parlare delle olimpiadi, competizione con poche partite racchiuse in un breve periodo di tempo dove è fondamentale entrare a ritmo subito, cosa che lui non ha fatto lasciando la squadra titolare a riposo fino a poco prima della competizione con risultati che tutti abbiamo visto, all'Europeo soprattutto in finale si è vista un'altra italia, per non parlare di convocazioni assurde come sorokaite portata non si sa bene per cosa o folie che aveva cominciato a saltare pochi giorni prima dell'inizio dell'olimpiade, infatti non è mai entrata, chissà perchè gli usa che avevano giocato tutta la vnl alla fine hanno vinto, tenendo anche conto che con il suicidio tecnico tattico della Cina era un'occasione che non ricapiterà più.
Passiamo al mondiale, competizione lunga dove era fondamentale gestire le energie peccato che molte delle ragazze penso soprattutto a Bosetti o danesi sono arrivate in fondo con la lingua di fuori, per non parlare della battuta di egonu, una merda per tutto il mondiale, tornata ai suoi livelli alla prima partita col vakif; cosa devo pensare?!? Per non parlare del fatto che sembra non abbia trovato la forza di imporsi come allenatore in determinate situazioni, il caso pietrini da questo punto di vista è emblematico. A fine mondiale infatti disse " da ora in poi comincerò a fare l'allenatore" e perché quindi prima che cosa avevi fatto scusa?!?
Ovviamente anche qui occasione mondiale che non ricapiterà più tra la serbia senza ognenovic gli stati uniti in ricambio generazionale la Cina senza zhu e zhang il brasile senza ana Cristina e assenza totale della Russia.
Mi dispiace ma la gestione post 2018 della nazionale da parte di Mazzanti è stata fallimentare per quanto abbiamo sprecato.
A mio parere potrà redimersi solo se vincerà l'oro a Parigi
Follia, Moki de Gennaro ha ancora dei riflessi incredibili e rimane il libero più forte del mondo, escluderla è un eresia, ennesima scelta inconcepibile del CT che da dopo i mondiali sembra non capire come gestire la squadra, se le ragazze sono arrivate dove sono è solo merito loro. Inoltre credo che molte delle ragazze non sopportino Mazzanti e abbiano molto da dire ma non dicono nulla per quieto vivere... su tutte Egonu, Bosetti, Chirichella e Malinov, ora anche Moki dopo l'esclusione.

La cosa che mi dispiace è che se si fosse giocato con la nazionale A e non con la B/C le possibilità di medaglia sarebbe state veramente alte(9,5 su 10 a esser pessimisti). Ormai richiamare la nazionale A sarebbe irrispettoso ma é davvero un peccato ,soprattutto pensare che con l attuale squadra non ci sono speranze di battere la Turchia(con la nazionale A sarebbe stato molto molto diverso)
Adesso non esageriamo.
Affrontare la Turchia di questo momento sarebbe stato molto impegnativo anche con altre giocatrici in campo e non credo che fosse stata da considerare una gara già vinta. Tutt'altro.
Non c'è mai stata una vera intenzione di competere per la VNL, l'intento era, come già scritto da altri, salvaguardare una posizione di ranking FIVB accettabile in vista della qualificazione olimpica. Le ragazze selezionate da Mazzanti si sono addirittura guadagnate l'accesso alle finali VNL, il che era decisamente insperato, quindi meglio così. Adesso con la Turchia, salvo eventi decisamente improbabili, perderanno, ma le loro "sorelle maggiori" avranno ampia possibilità di rifarsi agli Europei, se mai dovessimo incontrarle di nuovo.
