Fortunately I looked for a video which shows how to adjust the strap or I would have kept a bad opinion of these googles after having battled for 10 minutes trying to understand on my own how the strap works, it is not intuitive. Now that I carefully watched this video, I understand how it works and I have no more trouble, but if I didn't take the initiative to look for a video and you didn't make one, I would have thought these googles are too complicated and I would have had them refunded to buy simpler.
These goggles are ridiculously difficult to adjust. It's taken me 5 minutes of watching how to adjust the strap to work out how to do it and i still can't get the nose bridge out to change it. The problem is that even on the video the lady's hand and/or camera close up is hiding part of what she's doing at crucial points. Honestly, who has ever had to watch a video to use a pair of goggles before...?
I hate these goggles! I've never worn goggles before and these looked kind of flashy. But they hurt my nose, and changing nose clips is hell to pay. Plus I still don't know what the two straps are for. Isn't one enough. No directions or pictures for actually wearing the goggles.
@@LauraGarcia-fj3mo Once I got the goggles set up I found they were comfortable. It takes a little while to get used to the suction against your eye area but they are far more secure against water, don’t give me headaches even over long swims and have lasted two years so far.
Whoever designed the adjustment system needs to take a serious look at themselves. Surely your job as a designer is to make things that are intuitive and easy/easier to use, not needlessly complicate them in a pointless attempt to reinvent the wheel.

I just bought these as a treat for me recently. I must've spent a good 20 minutes already trying to figure it out. Absolutely ridiculous.
