    loved this reminder!! also for grounding, some things that really help me to ground is go into nature and getting fresh air, walking barefoot, laying in grass or underneath a tree for a while, or if that´s not possible laying in my room on the floor on my back and just focus on my breathing, breathwork in general, meditation, lighing a candle in the dark and just looking at it (kinda random but it does help me to ground)

    hey Jaylynn !! love your videos ! just wanted to put my two cents in, as someone with OCD ❤‍🩹 - intrusive thoughts can be a symptom of obsessive-compulsive disorder, and for some, replacing a "bad thought" with a "good thought" is an OCD compulsion, that only continues the cycle. When in doubt, it's best to talk to a professional, wishing you all the best ! 💌
