Nice build as always! I got few days ago a used dji osmo 2 pocket, for filming on the tracks in N and also in H0. Since it's bigger and longer than standard car, even a 60ft container car, i think i'll print two small clamps with a boogie attachment to install under the camera as close to it's ends. Want to use it at the next model expo in Milan the next week. There should be a lot of layouts in exhibition, hope they'll allow me to film on their tracks...something like a Pilentum video. Thanks for the ideas ❤
Thanks again! Would love to see those videos! Always cool to go through a fiddle yard. I looked up your very nice camera. Seems Dimensions 124.7×38.1×30 mm - not too huge but for N scale 30mm is pretty wide. Yet mine is nearly 28mm wide in landscape, so doable. May hit things too as mine barley fits... Two small end "clamps" with a coupler under them would be an ideal minimalist solution! My Centerbeam Flatcars are 135mm long no issues 12" radius curves. Sounds like a great trip - Milan for a model train expo! Did a German one and of course Netherlands!
@@handlaidtracksand3dprinted922 Wanted to visit the expo for a long time. The only "problem" is the camera overhang on the curves. Will try everything on the 4 concentrical ovals to see if it will hit anything coming the opposite direction. Hopefully they will let me film it....otherwise i'll film the 7 1/4 inch garden trains that you can ride 😀. That for me is the main attraction. Never rode one. I'm not sure about publishing the videos on the tube, but maybe i will upload it and share with you the link privately.
