I just read the Genesis verses about food. No where does it say that this was God on earth. Abraham, AS, does call one of them Lord but it's written as a third person commentary. Surely if these were the words of The Creator He would say "and We appeared to Moses in the form of ...." Also possible that Abraham,AS, would use this terminology as a sign of hospitality and humility. Especially as there is a big deal made of the preparing of the food.
