    I worked at a store where we had customers wandering around at closing time and the manager shut all the lights out. Pretty funny to hear them banging around. What they didn’t realize is that we could not go home until we cleaned up after them.

    Can you explain in your video what the benefit is of no seed oil and what exactly means. I love your videos and family, I would love to improve my diet and my grandchildren's diet. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

    If you have freezer space, could you purchase the fruits and freeze them. Or you could just buy the frozen fruits. I know it's not the same as fresh but it is difficult to get fresh fruits and veggies in the Winter.
    Could you show how you make fresh applesauce?

      HI! Oh, I'm so glad you are here! Yes, I agree fresh fruit is difficult to find in the winter, and the prices are always way up!. We buy a lot of frozen fruit in the winter and may return to purchasing more in the summer due to the new produce prices. Some produce has stayed the same, but berries are way up by us. I would love to show you how I make applesauce! I will work on that this week. Would you like the recipe ahead of time?❤️

      Stores like Aldi and Costco have cheaper organic foods but if you still need alternatives I would just do small switches over time or grow some at home indoor/outdoor. You also don’t have to switch everything at once, you can do healthier packaged items and regular non organic produce

People in other countries may not get that because it's odd to them. Like people in the U.S raving over grass fed butter when in Ireland that's just their normal butter. It's something like 1% of American cows are grass fed. The rest are fed corn and grains. As for who says? 🤦🏻‍♀️Google it

      Every food is good in moderation. Restricting foods leads kids to rebel as they get older. They will most likely get treats from church or friends houses. You can’t avoid it,

    Organic is not always as clean as some think and after watching how you shop and some of your comments on certain foods not every thing is gmo and teaching your kids to eat healthy is good but being so picky about what you buy and what you eat can make kids rebel weather you say no it won't it can I haven't seen you buy sweets or chocolate not saying you should but when they are with friends they could gorge on stuff you won't allow and the yucky comments are a little childish it's like saying to someone's face when you say it on video and say skip this skip that buy organic not everyone can afford and lunch meats are not bad for you nobody has died eating it otherwise it woukd not be sold it what you prefer and it's not what you want please don't say you don't want this because you are going to get a follower who will stop buying certain things and copy you and maybe on a lower budget be more mindful what you say

    • @naturalsimpleliving
      @naturalsimpleliving  Год назад +4

      Hi! Thank you for leaving a comment and sharing your feedback. Okay, I am very picky about what we eat because the United States does not care what goes into our food.
      They have products on the shelves that should not be allowed or sold, but it is always about profits over the people. I have studied nutrition for 20 years, so I know a few things.
      My children get plenty of treats; it’s about balance. Pizza with friends, fun food with movie nights, and so on, but I won’t give them lots of sugar daily if that makes sense. I realize that some people are struggling and that food prices are rising.
      I share what we eat and why we choose to avoid some things to help educate and not to bash or put down another family trying to get by. Unfortunately, Lunch meat is full of chemicals. Eating processed meats increases your cancer risk, and Unfortunately, when these processed meats are preserved, cancer-causing substances form, so we choose to buy clean organic meat or nothing at all.
      I would never say we eat perfectly or that another family needs to eat what we eat, but when you learn things and know it can help another family, I feel it’s our duty to share what we learn. I hope this makes sense. I’m super happy you are here! Thank you!
