the one thing about bucky i heard nothing of was that the marker above opponents heads means your ult can kill them immediately
So the deal with Bucky's gun is that it doesn't pierce, but it explodes into a small cone shaped aoe that extends behind the target that is hit by the bullet. I believe there is also a mechanic to it where the explosive aoe cannot damage the same target multiple times in a row, there's a moderate cooldown before they can be effected again to prevent Bucky from just exploding a clump of enemies in three shots.

7:25 I think there is a glitch in the game or maybe intentional where if both teams have a ban of the same character, it will ban a random one instead. You can see both teams wanted Wolve. Ive seen it alot in live streams and videos and no one has pointed it out. No one questions why a character that wasnt picked for bans got banned.

when both teams ban the same character, the character just gets banned by both sides
His teammate selected bucky to ban last second and the rng system chose bucky. It's stupid that bans aren't a majority vote but instead chance based
