- NSTLKIA presents 'Badolato', our newest documentary on the brutal 2016 Montreal mafia war.
'Badolato' tells the story of Andrea and Sal Scoppa, two Calabrian brothers who would arrive in Montreal in the 1970s. Andrea would rise up in the local mafia gang across the next 3 decades, while Sal would stay on the outskirts, running his own drug ring in the city.
However, as 2015 came around, issues formed between the Calabrians and the rest of the mafia, leading to a brutal street war that would shock Montreal...

Really good and precise documentary about the italian part of montreal gang.
They fought internaly for a place amongst the alliance of major gang. Which is now by itselve also attacked.
The Alliance is made out of biker, italian and Blue street gang, which are getting attacked from every side. The Italian conflict have weak them to a point that they're vulnerable.
About Scoppa stories, you should have talk about how he really worked with cops and journalist to get ahead. He was an informant for years and even a cop tried to sell this information to criminal but wasnt believed.
