As a longtime fan, I was feeling for him. His voice kept getting higher and higher and higher. LOL. He's the best though. All said, he handled himself pretty well. He couldn't curse, he had to sort of paint inside the lines.

I remember when I helped matty open up his restaurant that closed down now (P&L Burger) back in 2013 and I gotta say what you see is what you get! None of this is a put on hahaha. He's a very good guy and super fuckin funny! I remember when he came in to the kitchen to chat with the cooks (5 of us) and him just being quick witted and hilarious with his comments haha he said I looked like a "Greek model" and then proceeded to say the guy next to me looked like a "weirdo with a 90s pony tail". Very charismatic and lovable guy. That being said, it’s not a facade. This guy definitely knows how to cook and doesn’t shy away from making guilty pleasures. Glad more people are getting to know him.
