Hello i love your videos and they are very informative even though i can not read you language. So please tell me what type of surfacer you use on gumpla? i hear laqure paints make the parts brittle. is the surfacer water based or ? Thank you for your time.
Rashiga Walallawita it’s called Reverse Wash. The base coat is lacquer paint, the top one is enamel. To remove enamel, you use an enamel thinner (like the Zippo lighter fluid). Since lacquer is stronger than enamel, it will not be removed.
@@seiya880 Although Lacquer is stronger, I actually had issues where my Enamel thinner removed my Lacquer base coat. So i found out that gloss coat is important to protect my base coat.

A clear finish results in the phenomenon of orang peel. If you look closely at the surface, it is not as smooth as the orange skin. It is sanded to make the surface smoother and compounding again to make the surface as smooth as possible.

Does that urathane clear use an activator/hardner? Do you like it better than the laquer clears? Is it harder to polish vs laquer clear? It LOOKS AMAZING!!!! Great job!!
It is not difficult to use the urethane Clear. We don't use urethane cleaner often. Most of them use the laquer clear Most use lacquer clear because drying is quick and convenient. Thank you

one question, how do you remove the enamel paint without removing the underlying base coat?
Base coat>Gloss coat>Enamel coat>Use enamel thinner to wash>finish with another gloss coat.
The gloss coat protects the base coat.

접합선 순접본드작업 후 라인을 무수지 접착제로 바른 후 샌딩 서페 올린 후 선이 보이면 다시 순접 바른 후 서페 올리시는건가요?

I can't know the tweezers manufacturer because I bought them too long ago.
Although the paint layer which on the shield is not perfect. But the model is still amazing.
Zijin Wang JENIC says ‘only the shield is not perfectly dry which is driving me crazy’ :)

시중에 파는 도료랑 같은건가요? 같은거면 에나멜 희석 비율도 여쭤봅니다.
아...그거는 제품으로 나오는게 아니고
미리 제가 희석을 시켜서 만들어 둔 것입니다^^;
그냥 타미야에나멜을 사서 공병에 희석을 시켜둔 것인데 희석 비율은 1:2 정도로 만들어서 사용중입니다.
물론 에나멜신너로 희석을 합니다. ㅎㅎ

방패의 검은색 부분은 유광블랙위에 가이아노츠 펄을 올리고 마감한것이고 어깨부분등 완전 파랑색 부분은 크롬위에 클리어블루를 올린 것입니다.
