Shotaro said he was nervous, but we really couldn't tell! He was so amazing on stage, moves so energetic and on point, yet so light on his feet. And his smile just melts my heart. That's how I first fell in love with him for his MAW stages. He is a natural performer, I can watch his dance all day.
I'm so proud of them!! This is not their debut stage yet, but they already shown the world how talented they are. From their synchronized dancing, to their stable vocals, to their bubbly facial expressions. It really shows their passion and love for performing. After a few years being a fan of kpop, i can say that i believe in SM training regime the most. They still keep their tradition in producing idols. Their idols are always top notch. They know how to make dancers, rappers, visuals to really SING and not exist in the group merely as rapper, dancer or visual alone. Also if the core talent of their idol is singing, this idol eventually will turn out to be good in dancing too. Just look at Sohee here for an example. Although SM idols always showcase great talent in singing or performance, i've noticed that lately SM idols are not getting the spotlight they deserve. They are out shined by idols from other agency who seem to be more "popular". Nowdays ppl are more into popularity of a group although they are quite mediocre in the core idol talent which is singing. I hope SM can redeem its image with Riize. Other fandom are making a fuss about how SM idols getting the ps, that is not an issue for me. Look at their faves, mediocre in singing and dancing, now aint no surgeon can fix that 😅
All kpop groups are talented and deserve recognition because they work hard. Also, the SM marketing is working well for these guys, so don't worry. I'm a fan of a girl group from a small company and I wish they would have a Kcon before their debut or be a model for some brand.😡🤬 This is the reason that the public stopped tuning in to SM's songs, their fans think they have a big ass.😡😡🤬

Moments like 0:41 where you can see he's the only one spotting (he keeps his eyes focused on one location to help control his spin technique and it makes his spin look more clean). It's great details like this that show how professional of a dancer he is. I'm blown away at how great he's doing 🔥

What I really really love and appreciate from this performance is, they keep trying to sing LIVE. And big applause for Shotaro for setting up a great example for the group to sing live confidently no matter the result. I saw Wonbin attempts to sing live the first time but he wasn't so sure, and then Shotaro sing so loud and all the member follow him. ❤👏👏👏
