[Rock Band 3 Custom] Ne Obliviscaris - As Icicles Fall

Yep, those drum fills really are that wacky. Also, this one's devil-tiered on everything, with some wacky shenanigans on every instrument. I want to do Forget Not in the future, since that's one of my favorite songs of all time, but wanted to start with this one since it seemed like the most full all-around.
