Any time that you have a potential client that sounds hesitant about hiring you, you should direct her to your RUclips page. Explain that she'll find multiple examples of different drainage issues and how you handle them. She'll also hear some of the reviews from people. If you were located in the United States where I live and I had an issue with my pipes of any kind I would absolutely hire you based on the videos that I've seen so far. These videos are 20 times better than the written Google reviews at showing your skills and professionalism as well.as your ability to successfully resolve issues.

I've been watching these videos backwards for a while now, and I definitely appreciate the fact that you're willing to do the dirty jobs, and the brute force jobs. Many plumbers I've run across, when it involves digging, would call another crew out to do it, rather than pick up a shovel. It's like IT workers that'll stop as soon as there's a desk in the way, then tell you to call a contractor just to put in a 3" hole.

@Random Acts of Video my big penetrator it’s similar to Drain Addicts just a different brand. I have cut a hole in a 4x4 fence post with it.
I know a rep locally to me that sells Direct Hit Nozzles and have checked them out. I talk to him most days about drains ive cleared. Trust me I like the nozzles. But with some of the work I do I feel they are a bit big and I wouldn’t use them as often. The nozzle I have will go around 100mm pvc gullies where the same in the direct hit won’t ive been told. Also 90mm pvc is tricky with the bigger penetrator nozzles and can get stuck a bit easier. In the coming weeks you will see a video where I was pulling out thick hard roots. Big penetrator to break down some of the smaller stuff and dirt etc and then get the little single barrel in once I had a bit of a path, to cut and flush them out. Both nozzles had their work cut for them..
Take care and I hope your liking the videos :)
