Meet Stephen Rangazas | NDISC Hans J. Morgenthau Fellow

Stephen Rangazas is a Ph.D. candidate in Political Science at George Washington University. His research interests include violence against civilians, insurgent economic policies, and the use of historical conflict data. His dissertation explores the effectiveness of state indiscriminate violence during civil wars with a particular focus on the Vietnam War.
