open steam > Library > Right Click Grand Chase > Properties > Local Files > Verify integrity of game files

well there clearly is an issue there.... have you done a clean reinstall? completely delete every single file and install

1 strong character to farm runes and cards, having multiple characters will help with leveling and get more hero bullions
