i mean seriously even if you're a knicks homer, you know that you're not the best team in the league WITH randle and OG and robinson and bogey... then you take away those guys? props to those bums for playing 100x better than their career bests to this point, but if they are able to strike lightning twice with that ragtag bunch, it says more about how mentally weak the pacers are than about how much fight the remaining knicks have
Honestly, I’m tired of hearing Hali’s bs one liners on how he is going to do better the next game. You can only get away with that statement in rare occasions. It’s be different if he played like a true superstar 99 percent of the time and had one occasional bad game. Hali needs to get shit together and take over or get down the road.

I just wanna say, despite the hell I give. It all comes from being passionate about the love for my team. The fact we're such a young team and have made it this far has been amazing. But we can't stop now, give them hell. We're without player's we need badly. In Mathurin, Bruce a SF and a SG like Heild. All issues we need to address in the off-season. But you've came together and still won with what you have. It's been tougher than it should be for us.. But the resiliency this team has shown at time's has been phenomenal. I hope you guy's keep your heads up and kick some azz the rest of this series. Let's Go Pacers!!! 🤟
I suffer from it. The passion and desire for MORE makes you forget sometimes how good you have it and how much the team has actually accomplished. I say something crazy things simply just driven by my passion and need to realize to trust the process.

Siakams a choker. Its gonna have to be tyrese + myles' good defence & the bench.
Siakam has been fairly consistant in this series. Somewhere around 20-8-5. He struggled in the last game, but he didn't give up.
Siakam defense this series is questionable imo. I been watching him. He is not as good on defense as being heard he suppose to be. He may get a steal every once in a while but it's off a tip pass or something. Just watch him in the next game.

your veterans should be upping their game in the playoffs and his production dropped across the board with the favorable match ups on his side .

I've believe in this team all year, but game 5 destroyed all my optimism, IDK if they have what it takes to win the game on the road they need to advance.
man its like you forget games 1 and 2 where they led double digits and the games each had enormous blown calls in the final two minutes (giving knicks a review break and side out when pacers had hartenstine trapped with another 8sec violation looming swung game 2 more than anyone is mentioning anymore)
and game 4 where they dominated the knicks so bad it was like usa vs angola 1992. knicks won game 5 in a blowout, but it wasn't over after 6 minutes (wasn't it 84-96 with over 10 min to go??? game 4 with 10 to go it was 108-65)
if momentum is a real thing, I would worry. but in recent years we have seen a LOT of teams down 0-2 or even 1-3 and come back to win the series. we're only talking about being down 2-3 here, something that teams have come back from 10 times in the past 5 playoffs. 55 times total. here's the FUN part of that stat.... in the past 5 playoffs (excluding last year when boston did it to philly) ALL of them have seen at LEAST one team that was down 2-3 in a series AFTER the first round, came back to win that series with a game 7 on the road.
yes, hard to believe it happens so often, but it does. here are those recent 2-3 comebacks in conf semis and beyond by road dogs in case you forgot:
22 mavs (4) beat suns (1)
21 bucks (3) beat nets (2)
20 nuggets (3) beat clippers (2)
19 blazers (3) beat nuggets (2)
18 warriors (2) beat rockets (1) and cavs (4) beat celtics (2)
each of those series, the winning team was written off after game 5. in fact two of those series had game 5 blowouts of 26 and 30 pts. in the case of the most recent, mavs vs suns, mavs lost game 5 by 30 points, then won games 6 and 7 by a combined 60 points. I'm not joking, look it up if you forgot.
i'm just sayin, NY has a shit roster. they play hard but that hard play has also damned them. if pacers can match their intensity, the talent level is too much for them to overcome, even with the zebras of msg running foul (expect more offensive fouls when mcconnell gets run over from behind by devincenzo, or obvious brunson push-off-then-flops that the pacers have to waste challenges to overturn. more accidental whistles to stop pacers advantages as well.)

How can you not think Pacers will win at home? Pacers haven't been the same team since All-Star when all the trades happened. #1 Defense is gone. No Bruce, no Mathurin and no Heild. We aren't deep anymore. Having no one else that can create, or hit high % shots in the starting 5 outside Tyrese is killing us.. They had to fight so hard to even score the 1st game. Idk how ppl keep saying the Pacers are deep and act like this is the same team that made it to the Tournament. They need to address the holes come FA/Draft. I really hope that they get a few players and not just Pascal. Of course getting Mathurin back will be huge.. But losing one player like him and struggling this bad. Shows how badly we need additional role player's. They also lost Bruce and Heild for nothing at their positions.. So imo we need at least 2 additional solid player's. Outside of Pascal, Obi and getting Mathurin back.. Idk if they will be able to sign 2 more if they overpay Pascal. They need a SF wing and a backup SG that can create. A backup rim running and rebounding C would be nice.. But we won't get one I'm sure.. They never address the rebounding. I'd sign depth straight up over a "max" guy.
The knicks scored 130 in game 2. Our bench are contributing but we are not stopping anyone.

@@warlockmagic3416 sure we are a lil different team with the Siakam trade but still finished the season with the best offense. Bruce wasnt as good as everyone thought honestly. We never won a game cause of Bruce defense. We are DEFINITELY still deep with Hield gone and Mathurin out. 1st or 2nd best bench in the league at the end of the season and now the best in the playoffs. Siakam can create his own shot, he just keeps passing it away. Cant count how many times I've seen him do it it the series. Both teams had to fight hard in game 1, 2, and 3....4 and 5 wer blowouts. I dont know how you think we arent deep when we are in the 2nd round of the playoffs fighting tooth and nail against the refs and the Floppin Knicks. I do agree though we need to step up our players in areas or hopefully the ones we have now show huge improvement during either offseason or beginning of the next season. Oh and Buddy Hield...dude has gone flat for the past 3 years. He rarley had any decent games end of last year and this year. He had 1 good game with the 76ers. It was a worthy trade. I know McDermott is basically a sub, but he can do what Hield has been doing lately....nothing
