Puppy chow.. really... that's the one thing we didn't make this year. But I think I have everything to make it. Sitting in the snowstorm with ya, I may make some.
Gave me an idea to create a snowman using the pumpkin basket then fill the top with pine sprigs/berry picks/pine cones and use as a christmas decoration
I LOVE Puppy Chow and use a brown bag to shake shake shake! Brilliant idea for the Pom juice bottle! I saved several Martenelii apple juice bottles for oversized ornaments….. maybe I’ll get them done for next year LOL
I just love your channel. You have inspired me in so many ways. Thank you for sharing your talent. Grateful for you. Many blessings in the new year to you and your family.
Hi there Yvonne! The monogrammed bowl and picture in today's RUclips video is beautiful. The IHS stands for Jesus and most likely was used for baptismal in a church. My church which is a Congregational UCC Church always has a scarf on the alter with the exact monogram. Nice find. 💜
Loving the Snowmen! Your imagination and ideas are endless! Snowmen are sooo much fun to create, and their own unique personalities brings out joy and happiness in abundance! You bring joy yourself to us in sharing your artistry! I find it very hard to choose a favorite.... thank you again, God Bless❤❤❤❤
I’ve made a few of the paper mache snowmen! So fun and even sold one for a great price! Love the paper mache mix! I’m going to order it! Thanks so much! Love yours!❤
Love watching all your videos. I’ve learned so much about different products to use. Make sure you give a thumbs up if you liked this video. It really does help to promote these crafters.
Those were adorable snowmen! Years ago i did it the hard way, so im definitely happy to know that there’s a easier way. The felt hat was really cute, and you probably could have made some felt mittens to cover the ends , and no one would know that he didnt have finger’s 😉. Keep creating…im sure you inspire us all!
Yvonne you are always coming up with such great ideas! I save the extra sheets from napkins used for decoupage and then when there's enough mix them with craft glue and water for my improvised paper mache material.
I’ve been doing paper mache since before they made pre-made, you can use balled up paper tin foil then cover with masking tape to get your paper to stick. Balloons work great as well if you want it to be hallow. Also you can use a damp sponge to smooth out lumps or finer texture.
I make puppy chow and took it to church everybody kept calling it muddy buddy I said no no no this is puppy chow that she can eat I never did get invited to college prep to
Hello! I really enjoy your channel and content. I have watched you for quite a while. But, i have always wondered how you pronounce and spell your name? Thank you for the awesome primer on papier mache'. Your snowmen all turned out so adorable. Thank you for sharing. Stay warm. I am in SE Wisconsin, so I know what you are going through with snow and cold! ❄️
Adorable snowbies. I use paper mache in my silicone molds too lay them over my heat vents in the winter and ready to go next day. The Pom bottle super cute
That would be a fun family activity the kids AND grandma could enjoy. Had that storm in WI and I hope you don't get all the snow we did! Take care if you do.
These are so original! A great alternative for painting your coal Buttons and facial features is to use an eraser from the back of a pencil. If you make a really long triangle for the nose, you can paint little squiggly lines for the carrot details. And twigs from your yard make great snowman arms!
I enjoyed paper mache snowmen! Very cute. I learned to use balloons then use newspapers ripped up and dipped in a water and flour snd glue. I have taken art classes and wanted to let you know that odd numbers for snowman buttons is visually better. So three or five buttons. It is weird but does look better. Stay warm!
When i think of paper mache i always think of strips of news paper and the flour and water paste never realized it was almost like a clay interesting. They are all so cute. And yes puppy chow did get 2 doyble batches made for the family.
What a novel idea to use pumpkins! That snowman is precious!❤ The pumpkin bucket made a cute snowman bucket!🎉 The POM bottle snowman was so cute!😊The aging wax made them all perfect!❤ Stay safe and warm!🥶
Fun! We don’t get snow where I live, I am in the central coast of California. Are you going to do anything Valentine projects? I have been trying to come up with some new ideas. I do have a booth that I sell new and vintage. Mostly smaller items , I love art and crafting too! Hugs!
Oh and I’ve covered my smaller pieces with glass glitter to give it some sparkle like snow
❤
❤❤❤❤
Adorable!
Too cute!
Super cute ❤
Always a joy to get ideas from you. Haven't done paper mache in years. Ready to try it again.
Very very cute
I think the last one is my favorite. ❤️
🎉🎉🎉🎉🎉
OH! Such cuties!! ☃⛄⛄⛄☺
I found using orange ear plugs, for sleeping or noise control, make excellent snowman noses!! You can even shape them if you want a thinner nose.
Thanks for the tip!
Good grade school craft idea. Thanks.
The snowman are sweet, but I must ay the first one is my favorite, I love the way the head looks.
You have inspired me! It's been 45 yrs since my last paper mache🙂
Real sticks for the arms would be cute too.

The POM bottle snowman is adorable! Looks wonderful.

Loved the Pom ones! ❤
Thank you Yvonne! I have been wanting to try this. So many vintage decorations look like they are made with this method.
They are all adorable, Yvonne! So sweet! My fave is the Pom snowman. Love these!
That’s great to know where to get paper mache. These snowmen are to stinking adorable. Each have their own personalities. Love them 😊❤.

Very fun snowmen! I love them! Great weekend to make them too! ☃️
All snowmen are so rustic and cute!! I've decorated for winter too. These guys would make good company!😊
Such cute snowmen! Glad you found the paper mache mix. 🤗
Me too!!
Having fun, that’s what DIYing is all about. Seeing your beautiful smile while you work is a joy. Love them all.
Yes! Thank you!
Wow! A much better way to do paper mache! I still have PTSD from doing paper mache with kids (retired teacher). It makes such a mess!
TFS Yvonne. The POM bottle was my FAVORITE, so cute!
Loved all your snowmen but the bottle ones were my favorites. Bumpy chenille make great scarves too.
I make puppy chow and took it to church everybody kept calling it muddy buddy I said no no no this is puppy chow that she can eat I never did get invited to college prep to

We got all that snow too . Temperature is crazy cold 🥶
😂 cool looking winter snoman
Loooove it, and I am glad Amazon offers a pre-made mix now. TFS.
Mr. Snowmans scarf might be better a little thicker to be in same area if size of pom poms.
Did you just say add powder sugar to puppy chow ???? 🤨 🤨 🤨
This was super fun to watch and adorable.
Fantastic as always. Thank you for doing all the testing. Love your work.
Love from Australia 🇦🇺

Should have filled bottle with sand to give it some weight..but all look good
I have never tried paper mache
This was easy to work with
What is puppy chow?
It’s Crispx cereal .. coated with a mix of melted chocolate and peanut butter than dusted in powder sugar.. delicious
Wow sounds delish!!! My kind of treat!
Lol
We call it muddy Buddies on the West Coast
It’s papier mache, not paper mache. Other than that I love everything you do!❤
Oh my gawd, how did you not know to put the largest diameter piece on the bottom? 🤣🤣🤣
