@@jojogacha974 The problem with Shantotto is that she has learnt to cast near any black mage spell effortlessly and concurrently, her level of black magic basically borders on god-like. She is actually the only one in XI with the penchant for ryhmes, where as most of the other tarutaru speak in a sing songy way with ending all sorts of words with taru or aru.
some people theorizes FF XIV Eorzea is the past of Vanadiel (dont make sense since Shantotto shows up before in a special event and it said she created a doll with her powers who was sent by another dimension, and in Shadowbringers the Lalafell came from Dwarfs)

The Voice Director really wanted to go the same route as the Japanese VA's sound. I liked her pitch in Dissidia and Duodecim better. Now she sounds like a Mickey Mouse character.

@@skeletondemon6009 well they are MMORPGs you make your own character, you don't play as some established character, and she can use all black magic and ancient black magics.

Her Dissidia 012 Voice Actress is much better than Dissidia NT. Dissidia NT version of Shantotto sounds like a chipmunk on helium. No class whatsoever. LOL.
My favorite character in the entire series and the fact that she rhymes in this game is one of the few good things I enjoy in it.
like a mix of Master Yoda + Karin Kanzuki
And one of those tontattas from One Piece but quite bigger.
Whoever does her lines deserve a raise.
For the writings they give beget much praise
Oh her dialog leaves me amazed .
It was Candi Milo who did the voices.
Twas natural this actress was picked for she was above the other choices.
Even when she "loses," it's just a fake and the real Shantotto is somewhere laughing.
That's the best about her, the game decides that she can't possibly lose hahaha
still a loss in my book
Yea honestly idk much about her but I think separoth would destroy her have you seen his power? Just goes full hells gate on her

I miss her older lady voice from the portable version she sounded so much more aristocratic and smart
Ya me too.
I love both lol
I'm glad I'm not the only one
Yes

Whatever u all say but she is really intelligent and best In vocabulary then others

As much as I love Y’shtola I’m also a sucker for characters like Shantotto
