    Thanks for another great video. If my lease wasnt so far out I would take that place. Keeping my fingers crossed I can find something similar in late January.

    That's really awsome for that price! If I were living there, I would probably grab it in a sec! Only one little "negative" caught my eye: the shower looks really dirty in the bottom corner. I guess that is mold and I'm not sure that can be solved by anything other than replacing the tiles. Maybe someone who is more familiar with construction and maintenance can comment on that.

      I saw that as well but it just looked dirty to me. A good scrubbing with some great product would clean it right up. We appreciate you watching 🙂

    Nice place, how about flooding? is that a concern, how far is it from the malls or do you need transport to get there? Don't know where in Lipa City, have previously lived in Bacolod City in a townhouse with three bedrooms and 2 1/2 baths so thats a good deal for 15k...I paid 15k as well but unfurnished😊

    • @stanleyandjenlyncrum7582
      @stanleyandjenlyncrum7582  Месяц назад

      Thanks for sharing. We are 15 minutes from both malls, no flooding in the subdivision. If you don't have your own transport, there is a tricycle depot and jeepney stop directly outside.

    Amazing - a house of that size & with a lot of furnishings too ? --- Hard to believe places like that are available for those prices ! --- I'm used to the US prices over here in Biden's America - inflation riddled and homelessness on the rise !!! Working Americans who can't even afford rent ? A pathetic situation for millions of people now. Seniors and disabled on fixed incomes are really screwed. --- My hope is some of them may be able to make their way over there and get off the streets here in the US. Appreciate what you do Stanley ! ❤👍🙏✌👌🤞

    Wow, I would definitely live in this home and especially at this price! Do you believe some landlords would allow you to make make cosmetic changes if you wanted if the tenant paid? Or add A/C, etc. if necessary? Salamat po!

    Ok, where the heck are you guys and this great rental? I am in Santander. Was paying $15k here, but wanted drapes, shower attachment, and a fan, now it's $18k. For that, they threw in a toilet seat, lol. Could hardly hear your video as I am besieged by the hogs next to my window, the jack hammer breaking rock in a deepening pit for pig waste. The continually tormenting base music coming from another neighbor, does not allow me any peace. Stove...not here.
    Guys, never rent on trust, learn from my torment.

    A new house in the Philippines cost $25,000 usd the payment is 15000 pesos a month for a two bedroom with contractor financing, you own it! the rent in the Philippines is $100 or 5000p a month, if your paying more your a sucker! 15k a month for that place and you won't own it is a very stupid move!
