What did Centerpoint do wrong? Thousands of crews out there repairing damage over one of the biggest cities in the country, and you’re all whining.
@@user-ln7of9gs4sthey didn't keep up regular maintenance in order to report higher profits and they spent more on lobbyist payments than they did of bettering the infrastructure
@@user-ln7of9gs4sthat's why nobody is requesting that the field men are investigated we want the actual company and the higher ups investigated..... DUH.... they raised rates so much one year that my tiny little 2 bedroom apartment (no lights used in the daytime) costed 400$ a month. They are criminals all of them.
I couldn't agree more I've had family with me for 6 days and as much as a love them...they need to go home. This is ridiculous!!!
These are issues that should have been taken care of immediately after the freeze or Harvey.

@@user-ln7of9gs4seven if you don’t use that much electricity, majority of the bill is Centerpoint fees. I consistently use 300-400 kW per month coming out to $130 a month and over 50% of my bill is Centerpoint charges which is ridiculous.

Knowing Hurricane season started, why are people better prepared? Get generators, water, board up the house. Floridians go through this every year.

It was a huge storm. how was that Centerpoint’s fault? I’m 10 miles above Cleveland and wires were down everywhere because trees fell on top of them. It takes a while to get that all back online.
Nobody cares. They all live in the age of immediate gratification, not reality.
It's the way they have organized their power grid.
