As soon as I get a chance!! My babies are still small and we don’t have an extra couch to wait for this one to dry. But I definitely will!! Well... my husband will 😉 lol
FYI-for the future, I have found a super EASY way to clean the microfiber sofa we have in our media room. Because it is the only room (other than the kitchen) that we allow food and drink, it gets dirty quick. Spray it with windex and wipe with a dry cloth. No scrubbing needed and always looks like new

I loved my micro fiber sofa and loveseat. Bleach wasted on it accidentally while in storage, but I use to take a hot towel and Dawn liquid. It used to look brand new when I finished it. I love microfiber material!

Jia, I had the same couch for 9 years. I couldn’t take the constant cleaning so I just sold it two weeks ago and brought a new sectional. I do not miss microfiber at all.
I too had no idea Murphy's Oil worked that well on upholstery. I have this cleaner at home and some chairs in dire need of cleaning. I will definitely try this...thx for sharing😉😳🤔
I’ve never heard of Murphy oil soap but I obviously need some. I’ve only had microfiber couches since I’ve had my first apartment right out of college, and my couches never had stains until my son came along a few years ago. I had no idea couches could get sooooo dirty. 😩😩😩 The before and after on these couches is amazing!
We invested in brown leather couches from pottery barn and I’m so happy we did it. I have to wipe down and condition once a months but with a houseful of kids it’s worth it! Still look brand new!

I have this EXACT same sectional, which is about the same amount of years old. I need to try the murphys soap on it. Def have water stains in addition to child stains as well. Thanks for the tips 💪🏾

I take my cusion covers off and wash them in delicate and dry in low heat. The rest I either use my bissell or wipe it down with upholstery spray foam.
I love it! Way to go Charles I love seeing a man pitching in. If you don't have Murphy's oil, you can out rubbing alcohol in a spray bottle and spray it on the microfiber couch or chairs and scrub stains out with that too ♥️
I was watching one of your cleaning video and I got me to deep clean my room
For the cushions, you can take the covers off, put them in your washer and hang them to dry. I use rubbing alcohol one the body of the sofa, but I think I will try your method.
Wow good to know Murphy's oil soap can do that. I also have a Microfiber sofa and love seat it's a cream colour so when it get dirty I unzip the seats to remove the cover and put the covers in the washing machine. I do clean the arm rest like how you husband cleans the sofa but with Mr. clean or pine-sol. Comes out pretty clean :) sometimes when I rent the carpet steam cleaner i get the attachments and clean the arms of the sofa too.
I had dining chairs with microfiber material and I used a multi purpose cleaner with a scrubber did the trick.

First time I've seen your channel, thanks for the cleaning video! One question, and I may have just missed it, but was there anything to do after the scrubbing the the brush? Just scrub it down and let it dry? No wiping up with a sponge or a cloth afterwards?

I’ve done the rubbing alcohol before but it didn’t work as good as this

Try rubbing alcohol on the ink and nail polish stains. I never would have thought to use Murphy's Oil soap on the couch. Great job!

Beautiful work, Charles! I like to give our 15 year old microfiber sofas a good scrub like this yearly and touch up weekly with a microfiber cloth and Dawn. We don’t even technically allow food on them, but darned if my five kids don’t still leave a frequent mess. Microfiber shows all sins.
That’s what I use along with some baking soda.
