    Perfect timing Chris! Just when I was wondering what exercise to do tonight and this upper body session turned up so I immediately went ahead and knocked it out! 💥
    My shoulders, biceps and triceps especially got a nice burn on this run, all those curl variations really took my arms to town and back 💪🏼💦
