I’m having so much fun with this VST! It creates so many cool sounds, basses, and leads! It’s very unpredictable, but that’s what makes it interesting!
A nice way to clone is to try not to pull the circle all the way out. Sometimes the space in between sounds completely different than 100% or 0%. Have you tried the new "Abyss" vst from Tracktion. This could be also something for you. Greetings
There are two possibilities to modulate in Synplant. You can modulate the pitch and the volume with the lfo. You do this with the knob lfo_bal. Full left is only the pitch and full right is only the volume and in the middle both parameter will be modulated. But if you like to modulate all other parameter, you can do it with ableton. I don't know if it is possible with other DAWs, I can only handle with Ableton. You can add the audio Effect LFO under the section Modulator. Add as much LFOs you need and with each LFO you can map it to 8 parameters. And if you don't know how you can choose the parameters, than you have to click on the arrow of the synplant window. But I mean the ableton window of the synplant instrument. If you do this, the window is bigger and you have a button configure on the right side of the window. Push the button, so that it is green and than open the synplant. Go to the DNA Button where you have all your parameters to change and each knob you click on will be shown in the ableton synplant window. Leave the synplant Window if you have chosen all parameters and push the configure button again to end the configuration. Now you can map the lfo to this parameters. You only have to push the map button and than click on the parameter you want to modulate.
yes to the synplant soundpack!

Yesss I need it!
keeping this in mind 🤓

So you can basically just sit and wait patiently for a original, good sounding base-sound... I mean what else can you ask for
thats what i thought too 😂👻
dude!!! flume said this was his favorite on the tapenotes podcast a few weeks ago!!!
I wonder if you will do an updated video once Synplant 2 releases this year?

Synplant is amazing, my favourite! Did you using Microtonic too? if you use Microtonic, can you give some tips?
💚
Hey, is there a way to save it as your own preset?
I would love to learn how to modulate these DNA parameters too.
There are two possibilities to modulate in Synplant.

Now you can map the lfo to this parameters.
You only have to push the map button and than click on the parameter you want to modulate.
we want the synplant preset pack
but it can't be use in ableton 11 right?
Really? Why not?
yes, it can.

You know you can move the branches independently yeh?
wait you have a youtube channel?? aaaaahhhhh
What's the song at the end of video.

Here because of Flume
Analog vst synth plant ???
so its just a funky preset selector really
Not the greatest synth ever, but I have a lot of respect for sonic charge
It's miles from the greatest synth but it is cool.
Far too basic and the bad interface is its weakness.
