So amazing. The fatigue is so true. Neuro fatigue after brain injury is one of the most challenging effects but having the knowledge to identify it allows you to set up your processes, systems, human side to have a plan to get through in the best way. Interesting to understand if people don’t have it in their repertoire to identify they are experiencing fatigue their “systems” don’t have any set ups on how to get through those scenarios in the best way possible.
Thank you very much both for sharing your time, work, knowledge and experience, history is important to reflect upon, its also important to know that the man, or woman you we're yesterday doesn't mean that you have to be that person you are today, thank you again Robert, and Aidan, peace

Though I love Sapolsky, the question begged in some of the research he quotes is the morality of the experiments, however benign, on monkeys and rats and other animals is this morally acceptable?
It sure would be a relief to stop hating people who indifferently create misery. It would be a relief to not believe in evil. Animals hurt and kill one another but I don't know anyone who would ascribe evil to an animal.
Perhaps the first place I’d start is how to create a habit, then you can create a habit of reading? Then I’d start with BJ Fogg’s “Tiny Habits”. He is our guest on Dec 30, I’d you would like to watch that episode first.
In the dilemma situation I would Not push an innocent man onto the railroad even if that was to save 4 other people. I Could Not hurt an innocent being no matter what the situation "requires". I am Not a utilitarian philosopher. I am a Compassion philosopher. When we experience compassion in action potentials in our nervous system it has nothing to do with "enlightenment", bliss, fuzzy feelings, grandeur, grandstanding, whatever people might interpret into it. Compassion is actually painful because I suffer With the other. I don't see that many people in the world who experience this.
It is all a bit befuddling in regards to ethics and there are no completely clear margins. But we all should agree that animal testing is violence and it is wrong.
I agree. Testing on animals no matter for what and why is always wrong. They are innocent victims and cannot defend themselves. Why man thinks this is ok is beyond me.
Before blaming Hitler everyone should study Hitler’s Mom , like T. Watch Indian Film Ship of Theseus. It has answered everything. Believe me.

Hi there, is that question for me or Robert Sapolsky? I’d it’s for me, it depends on what you want to learn?

Why can I hear tv in the background whilst Sapolsky is talking?!?! I'm on vacation!!
Questions I would ask Sapolsky :
Why do you like keeping your hair grow long?
feel free to add...
Very knowledgeable. He doesn’t need to believe in god. Unlike those who believe, he does god’s work. More 🙏🏾🥂🦋🆒☯️
We need another update on the "Zebras" book, please.

How about wishing that a thief and narcissist dies so that he won't cause anymore harm. Can you endorse that? I used to not be able to until recently.

Yes it was a pity, Robert was at home during the interview. We tried to clean it up as best we could.
