I'm from western ny but like the jets and yankees but generally in the NYC area is Italians and other people = Yankees Giants Rangers, Jewish people with other types = Mets Jets Islanders. When I say other people I refer to the likes of myself but instead of western/upstate ny, it's in the city. By rights I should be a Bills fan because I'm 2 hours away from there but as a kid I just chose yankees, jets because I saw them on tv all the time.
