To BPD people, this is a very boring speech not geared toward teaching much about BPD. It is more geared toward therapists discussing emotional regulation, etc. But it doesn't give much info that's engaging and helpful. It almost feels like they needed education hours for licensing, and just made this up, or wanted to promote Yale. To skip the boring introduction and back-patting eachother, fast forward.
