This most likely means Ranboo visited the prison at least twice in an Enderwalk state, due to the fact that there's two separate waivers. I wouldn't be surprised if maybe that has something to do with how Ranboo ended up being imprisoned in the first place on the day of the prison break

Forgiving an enemy for hurting you is far easier then forgiving a friend for the same transgressions. One of them made you believe they cared if they hurt you.
Tubbo's government (which came into power through a violent coup btw) imprisoned Techno's best friend, kidnapped his horse and then executed him without a trial. Also the only time Techno canonically killed Tubbo was the festival and he was literally being coerced into it. That kinda makes a difference. And the only time Techno canonically killed one of Tubbo's friends was Quackity and he did it in self-defence because Q was trying to kill him and he was in iron armour. Random combat deaths don't count, that's basically like knocking them out or something. Canon deaths are a pretty big part of the story, I recommend looking it up. And the first time Tubbo's nation was blown up was Wilbur anyway, everybody just blamed it on Techno for some reason??? The guy just spawned two withers and expanded the crater a bit, that's not really blowing up the country is it? Wilbur was the TNT guy with the button. Also Techno was trying to stop a coup d'état which frankly sounds like a reasonable reason to summon a couple of undead monsters for backup.

Same, it was something I wished after big lores since we've been getting lore with sad moments and to have these overall oddly wholesome lore is different and for once relaxing. I'm also happy that in the lore, they're now moving a bit in a healthy way than before of killing automatically or outright ignoring it.
Every year or 2 i come back and rewatch all his old videos and livestreams, falling in love with them but knowing that there won't be more, but it doesn't discourage me as this was peak youtube that can't be replaced or replacated by anyone or anything. Ok it’s theory time - Does Sam’s logic remind you of anything…or anyone? A need to control people via taking what they love? Sounds awfully similar to Dream’s philosophy. When I first found the dream smp at around this time, it was basically over. By the time I started watching Techno's content frequently he was already dead. Him and many other creaters have helped me through tough times. Thinking of the quote "The reason why dead people get more flowers is because regret is stronger than gratitude." still stings. Now that we are nearing the one year mark of Technoblade's death I feel strongly that even though we didn't appreciate him enough when he was alive, we will make sure that his legacy is never forgotten. Damn that starting the stream got me. I remember sitting in my room and hearing that so many times when I was dealing with the fact that my dad was very ill with cancer, just binging every single one of his DSMP streams and drawing little doodles of the characters. My dad was in the hospital when this stream was live. I know this is probably going to be lost amongst the slew of comments that have been made in the wake of Techno's passing, but idc, I'm pretty much just venting here. I need to get this out. Technoblade's content - his humor, his storytelling, just the general vibe of his streams - were such a comfort to me in that time, and still continue to be as I am still dealing with the repercussions of my dad's death. When i saw the notification titled "so long nerds" I felt it to my core. I was in tears before the one minute mark. 8 hours He died 8 hours after writing us a goodbye message. That hits hard. Even while battling stage four cancer,he still managed to entertain us and make us laugh and smile. Rest easy Techno,your work is done and you can rest.
I get the feeling that Sam has a way out. For example, you only use the warden keycard by dropping it on a certain surface. So it's possible that there's a mechanism that would turn on if you drop a keycard somewhere inside where Sam currently is. The keycard may come from where the potatoes comes (food for prisoners). Probably an automatic system that will give the keycard if the timer wasn't reset for example. Just throwing out some random possibility, but that was on the back of my head during that part. I don't think they'll use stasis chambers for this tho.
We know that all key cards are original books signed by Awesamdude, meaning he could just make a new one out of the books in the chest provided to the prisoner, so if there is anywhere in the cell that allows a key card to be inserted, he has the tools to make one.

I’ve been rewatching his videos and streams and it’s helped. The comfort of his distinct voice is comforting. June and July were hard months for me and my family. Pets we’re passing and getting hurt. We we’re living with my grandparents as our house wasn’t even built yet. I was depressed and mad. i stayed inside for 2-3 weeks straight and cried and cried. A side bit to all this, I feel the way lore goes in Technos or Quackitys streams are the best ways of watching lore it’s so cool! Quackity does the high quality, movie, story telling stuff super well which makes it amazing to follow, and Techno brings back that casual element of people hanging out on an smp, walking us through their story’s they’ve made.
I love Techno’s streams so much! He’s the master of spontaneity. While Quackity’s videos are well made, it’s all so scripted; and due to the infrequency, the lore isn’t always up to date - or it’s even retconned, which is annoying.

I love how Sam’s whole goal was to keep dangerous players like Dream in a prison to keep everyone safe. When he himself later became a menace to public society by kidnapping a child, threatening multiple people, and killing an innocent man. He became the very thing he swore to destroy and the people he considered dangerous locked him in his own prison for being an uncontrollable person. *The Irony.*
My only mixed criticism with Sams Arc here is his lack of exposition, his refusal to elaborate on his motives and keeping them brief. He seems to lack the conviction to justify his actions. Overall this was great though.

When I first found the dream smp at around this time, it was basically over. By the time I started watching Techno's content frequently he was already dead. Him and many other creaters have helped me through tough times. Thinking of the quote "The reason why dead people get more flowers is because regret is stronger than gratitude." still stings. Now that we are nearing the one year mark of Technoblade's death I feel strongly that even though we didn't appreciate him enough when he was alive, we will make sure that his legacy is never forgotten. I remember sitting in my room and hearing that so many times when I was dealing with the fact that my dad was very ill with cancer, just binging every single one of his DSMP streams and drawing little doodles of the characters.
My dad was in the hospital when this stream was live.
I know this is probably going to be lost amongst the slew of comments that have been made in the wake of Techno's passing, but idc, I'm pretty much just venting here. I need to get this out.
Technoblade's content - his humor, his storytelling, just the general vibe of his streams - were such a comfort to me in that time, and still continue to be as I am still dealing with the repercussions of my dad's death.
When i saw the notification titled "so long nerds" I felt it to my core. I was in tears before the one minute mark.

I get the feeling that Sam has a way out. For example, you only use the warden keycard by dropping it on a certain surface. So it's possible that there's a mechanism that would turn on if you drop a keycard somewhere inside where Sam currently is. The keycard may come from where the potatoes comes (food for prisoners). Probably an automatic system that will give the keycard if the timer wasn't reset for example.
Just throwing out some random possibility, but that was on the back of my head during that part. I don't think they'll use stasis chambers for this tho.

I’ve been rewatching his videos and streams and it’s helped. The comfort of his distinct voice is comforting. June and July were hard months for me and my family. Pets we’re passing and getting hurt. We we’re living with my grandparents as our house wasn’t even built yet. I was depressed and mad. i stayed inside for 2-3 weeks straight and cried and cried. A side bit to all this, I feel the way lore goes in Technos or Quackitys streams are the best ways of watching lore it’s so cool! Quackity does the high quality, movie, story telling stuff super well which makes it amazing to follow, and Techno brings back that casual element of people hanging out on an smp, walking us through their story’s they’ve made.

@Sun sprite A lot of the Dream SMP is improvised acting. If they really wanted to continue it, they could find a way to write around it. Whether they want to is another question.

Techno was an Antihero, chaotic neutral kinda.
@Sun sprite If Dream has the heart to continue, since Dream was a HUGE Technostan, then I'd have to guess they'd have to write in that Techno lost his last canon life.
Worst part is, Techno said that he had a LOT planned for his Lore, he even built a huge city
But now, all that is left is the remnants of his plans
Either way I think they might just make a statue together.
A tribute
I love how Sam’s whole goal was to keep dangerous players like Dream in a prison to keep everyone safe. When he himself later became a menace to public society by kidnapping a child, threatening multiple people, and killing an innocent man. He became the very thing he swore to destroy and the people he considered dangerous locked him in his own prison for being an uncontrollable person.

My only mixed criticism with Sams Arc here is his lack of exposition, his refusal to elaborate on his motives and keeping them brief. He seems to lack the conviction to justify his actions. Overall this was great though.

Yep I think Wilbur and Sapnap are the villains. I mean Sapnap is basically a bounty hunter, pay him and he will work for you. Wilbur gave Tommy advice on what to do so he brought a child into the fight and didn’t say “Tommy, tubbo stay out of this” he could have called Philza cause philza is dadza and he’s their father!
