Great list. It's just it's got three glaring omissions that are interrelated:
Capitalism>>>Religion>>>Overpopulation Though I guess you could argue Enslavement = Capitalism. And star travellers - that's for science fiction. We'll be extinct within 200 years if we don't address the ecocide in time.
