    Also, the casket girls didn't have coffin shaped boxes with them. Casket or "casquette" in French literally just means a chest. Two centuries later, the term casket also became used as a slang word for coffin, which is how the myth was born.

      I'm french and the word "casquette" never meant chest (which is coffre in french) in any point in time.

    . I have been on the 3rd Floor, It was a dorm for the Girls who when to school there. Now a days they store all kinds of records and other old stuff .

    First of all, the place is surrounded by a solid wall that's atl east 8ft tall, so there's no way you were looking at anyone through the gate. The gatehouse is closed in the afternoons with an solid, sliding, steel door. You would have had to get into that to be able to see through the gate. The rest of the yard space is rented out as parking space for locally owned, ritzy hotels.
