What Happens During A Wheat Harvest: Our Wharton Witbier Wheat

Harvesting wheat is a really difficult process that requires pretty good preparation and decent timing. If dry wheat is left out in the field too long, winds and storms can destroy the crop. Should the wheat dry, then get wet from rain and dry again, this process decreases the quality of the wheat. Harvesting wheat also requires the use of a combine - a heavy machine that requires training and careful operation.
