Hi Fellow Analyst
I had a great day in class the other day. My key takeaways were the power of learning how systems integrate with each other. "A flap of butterfly wings could create a tsunami somewhere" is the word to encourage me to know how small changes could make big projects fail. In this video, I share Rich Picture that was created by Tebogo Mekgoe ([e-mail]). The rich picture is about taxi drivers and all that we are to consider if we were to suggest small changes.
