The competition is produced by the Metro New York Branch of the Eastern United States Pipe Band Association.

So what was the deal with Stuart not taking a place? Did he D.Q. for tuning too long or something? His pipe sound is outrageous and he plays everything beautifully. Not even a 5th here? Hmm...

I think it might of been that after he played the last tune he played his own version of the banjo break down. I'm not sure if that was part of the medley or not but that's my theory.
