The writing documentation that will be checked in the assessment is only the NEWS CHART, GCS Chart, PHQ9, 6CIT and MUST. Other documentations here in the ASESSEMENT STATION aside from the above mentioned are not marked, hence, I have abbreviated them. Hope this helps

Yes, that is true. Subdural Haematoma Scenario have Neurological Observation chart instead of NEWS 2 chart.
