hi!! thanks for the journey this was one of my favorite pastimes from when I was in Japan at about 3:38, I noticed these cute Vocaloid papercraft figures that I and some other Vocaloid fans were super on the hunt for, it's like you can only find them by getting lucky at shops like these also, the nostalgic music playing is very awesome, and the bookoff ads lowkey drove me crazy, glad to see theyre still there it would be great to visit Ibaraki at some point in the future thank you! ^^
I must say, these prices are INSANE. Comparing the prices in Japan to the ones here in Europe, wow… I feel like I’m getting beamed out of money 😭😭😭 $5 for a single Miku figure? Insane!
I haven't watched the second season of Tokyo Revengers aside from an episode or three. By the end of the first season I was left scoffing. I think it had so much potential and I wanted it to be better than what it was.
I've watched the 2nd season, the 3rd season of TR, and finished the manga, and honestly S1 is the best Season. (At least listen to the S2 Opening, its a banger!) Tokyo Revengers had so much potential, but ultimately has a "Mickey Mouse ending" as the internet calls it. Still loved it tho 😌
It's funny to me that you DON'T collect Nendroids. They are the only figures that I do collect, because I love the Chibi look and that you can repose-them. But man I gave out too much money for them.
That is awesome! We sale those figures at my store. The only figures from Japan that i have are my Gekisou Sentai Carranger mecha. Or Power Rangers Turbo how it was called here. Make a video of Super Sentai and Kamen Rider figures please! 😌
Oh, why must you tease me so, when I dont have the time or monies to go? Sorry there, had to make that rhyme. I'm so happy for your move and hope it goes well! As for the video, I've always loved the "figure hunt" ones! Its just good to see what's popular over there. I'll be waiting for your next upload, hopefully from a new location!
Note this location pretty far away BOOKOFF SUPER BAZAAR Mito Himego Store which is 2 hours away by train from Tokyo Station. You might be better off hitting the Bookoff Super bazaar Saitama location which is only 1 hour away. thogh admittedly its hard to say what the figure situation is there

I see some of these prize figures recently in discount stores in USA, they go for $15 each. Still cheaper in Japan haha

That snow miku is an ichiba kuji so might go down, but not as much as the prize figures do as its rarer than prize figures.

中古のフィギュア見るのは宝探ししてるみたいで楽しいですよねー!
The story in Tokyo Revengers just keeps dragging on. Kind of like Attack on Titan did.
