Iv been looking at some 67 mustangs 289 and smaller engines. They are cheaper and more affordable. My dream is to take a 67 gt500 on a road trip whilst blasting out the doors LA Woman album haha
It's Jim Morrison's lost GT 500! Wish there where down evidence of that car. It was last seen in 1969. Jim crashed it into a telephone pole, totaled it. Then he supposedly signed the registration and left it sitting. Hours later he returned and it was nowhere to be seen. No police reports where filed, no reports to insurance where ever made either.
Jims was a stripe delete. Look on here there is a interview with his body guard where he talks about the car. The accident you mention was the first one. It was fixed. The body guard said the he was with jim and a couple of ladys when he was being jim driving and lost it into a few small trees behind the police station on Wilshire blvd!
White interior doesn't do it any favors! Mine #3082 same color, black interior, it Thumps like hell. not having a good day ? Git in, go do a one block burn out, things get better. Owned this beast for 49 years.
