- The NYPD is asking for the public’s help finding some suspects who they say shot at each other in broad daylight on a busy New York City street. Police say it happened in St. Albans, Queens, during the middle of the day. Clear surveillance video released by the NYPD shows three people appearing to get into some sort of dispute before the violent scene unfolds and they all scramble to get away from the chaos.
If you can’t hit a large target from 6 feet away, maybe crime isn’t the best career for you.
Good chance to hit non targets 100 feet from them though.
They always tilt the weapon that’s how they miss most of the time

Looked like self defense for the guy in the silver car.. I sure hope they don’t bother looking for him. The other kid clearly was aggressor and silver car was doing anything to escape. Man shows up to a dude walking out to his car from a spot he was at to his car, masked up hands in pockets, cops always say , “get your hands out of your pockets” right? The silver car guy noticed that, stayed behind potential cover ready to pull his gun out incase things escalate, he does so seconds before the bad guy does, we don’t know what was said but he obviously knew he was in danger, the other guy starts shooting instantly back. Silver car guy shoots just enough to be able to run into his car and flee the location. Other guy was there ready to kill, he didn’t flee until it was impossible to catch dude

@@Alkiel In this case, the aggressor is the bad guy, regardless if someone is affiliated, if he’s active then he’s the problem, but in this video, one person is active, the other is defending his life doing everyday people things.

Red bag retrieval is confusing. He had red bag with him when he ran around the car. He drops it there, then jumps in the front seat. He pulls away, as does the other car. Next scene red bag's under the SUV at least 15 feet away from where it was last visible. So did it blow over there? If so, then there couldn't have been much, if anything, inside it. So why risk returning to get it?
I think maybe the wind blew it looked. Like a couple of 💵 💵 on the ground getting blown by the wind.. .. some that was light that's for sure.

It APPEARS it was an attempted robbery, and the guy with the red bag defended himself against the would be Robbers. It likely was an expensive item in the red bag. They left empty handed and the intended victim retrieved his item.

Not gun control. It will make it harder for law abiding citizens to gain access to guns where as criminals will not be affected. We should start educating the youth instead. That being a "gangsta" is stupid and creating a career and education should be prioritized.
The law there is very lenient. If lethal injection or electric chair was to be implemented again I doubt these kids would do such things. I feel so stupid paying taxes for people in jail so they can get free food everyday while i'm struggling to get by.

The reason they missed is because they had to pull back and they both flinched. You have to be very brave to stand still as you pull out your gun when the other person is doing the same thing.

Both shooters illegally double parked blocking traffic and undoubtedly will be punished severely with heavy fines. The charges for shooting, reckless endangerment with depraved indifference to human life, menacing, assault, etc. will be plea bargained away as the DA's office coaches the public defender on how to make a deal. Meanwhile if a suburban handgun licensee gets caught in the City with nonreciprocal credentials, NYPD will throw the book at 'em and they will lose their permit, firearm, be fined, and fired from their employment, then incarcerated and serve at least a year and a day. That will make New Yorkers safer.
