      Endgame prowess is way too difficult than finding combination attacks . Well told brother . Everyone thinks they know endgame until every advantage falls apart resulting in a draw and sometimes a loss

      His oppenunt played the middle game so well, slightly better than carlsen but played the endgame like a 1500😄 why the hell put all your pawns and the same color as ur and his bishop, basic.

    for the people who think chess is not a sport at all, This is probably one of the example that shows the calmness, confidence , over-confidence, skills, knowledge , playing under the pressure, putting pressure on the opponent and how the game can turn within seconds and how/why a master is always a master.

    Magnus was struggling to say “that’s why he is a low rated player”. The IM was doing good until the end game! Good game anyways.

      @@aminemorphy Because he is much rower later than Magnus, and still managed to play some good moves and pretty impressive game and also apart from endgame he was better in most of the part of the game(Which he will learn more by playing this experienced player).

      I think it depends on the player. A GM title is live long, so ive you are a 80 year old gm and you play 3blitz ore bullet against a 25 year old IM, the result is clear.

    In a bishop endgame the first thing you do is fix pawns on the opposite color of the bishop. You bishop can traverse the board pretty quickly, the pawns cannot.

      @@KSM94K No man black didnt blunder. Look at the progress bar it was always saying white is winning. Magnus somehow managed to fix all the pawns on the light squares and little by little he got an advantage. That last king move black did just managed the game to end a little bit faster, magnus was still wining.
