Dogs like to do things. It's more fun for them to do a few tricks for their human than it is to just hang around being bored. It's a game as far as they are concerned, dogs tend to like games. They don't see it as demeaning or belittling, those are human concepts. Her tail is wagging 'cause she is having a fun interaction with her human pack-mate, and gets some measure of satisfaction when she does the trick properly- just like we do when we exercise a skill to do something.
Love her, she is beautiful AND smart! You are obviously the kind of person who is ideal to own a pit bull, someone willing to give this magnificent breed the time, attention, and love they deserve!
This is a very happy dog. He's doing what dogs have been bred to do over many centuries of domestication - pleasing his owner. Dogs are social animals and enjoy having a job to do. He does it very well! He is not obeying out of fear, but enjoying a close relationship with his person.
Everyone is like this is stupid but she's actually doing some productive with her PitBull.. Her PitBull is not running around bitting people and other dogs nor dog fighting. Also having your dog learn lots of tricks is good! With Dogs and Humans , we get tired a lot faster off of mental work verses physical work and if you don't do anything with the energy or intelligence they will take their pent up energy and unused intelligence and do bad things with it. You go girl for spending time with your Pit and teaching your Pit to listen and love!! And good job Sin! She's so cute😊
People. Its not that serious. Cant we just watch this and smile with entertainment? You people just find the negative rather than looking on the bright side that a woman loves he dog and another pit bull is in a loving home and not a shelter. Period.
I have 3 children and I was really thinking hard about getting a pitbull and you just made my mind up with your video!!! thanks alot!! SIN is a great dog and I hope mine is just as smart...:)
i realise they are easy to train. but what im saying is you cant wish that a different dog in the breed will be as smart as one you see on youtube. pitbulls need alot of training and socialization so they are well mannered and not a threat to anyone when you walk it down the street. im not bagging out the breed either, i love pitbulls, and i wish i could own one but the laws in Australia dont see to kindly to the idea of owning a pit. :'(
Mystic YT It's quite the opposite for pitbulls than everyone thinks. They are extremely friendly and docile by nature... you have to either breed then or train them to be mean. Know your breeder to know what kind of pup you'll get.
This breed loves to please their owner and love interaction. It's more than some can say who just keep their dogs outside in the bad weather and not give them any play time.
You are an amazing person and a great ambassador for this breed. I wish everyone in the world sees this because it proves what a great but misunderstood breed pits are. Please post many more videos, brilliant.
I verbally and hand signal trained Sin. She was set trained for movies so she understands hand commands from 15 feet away without me speaking. She reacted the best to a "kind" tone though and I used verbal commands because it made more sense for a RUclips video. Thanks for watching. =)
Sin is too cute, love the "shame on you" trick. I need to teach my pit bull Koopa more, he's also super smart and knows a few things and could learn tons more if I took the time to teach him. Great video, keep up the good work with Sin, she looks so happy doing her tricks, tail almost always wagging.
You have done a awesome job with that beautiful baby girl. I am a pit bull lover and she's a very healthy/beautiful family member. Keep up the excellent training. Pitbulls for LIFE.
LOVED your video. You have an amazing girl there! A dog that's well trained takes many hours and I can tell you two make a good team. Ignore the negative people. Aloha!
just to let some of you know, you can say "spray bottle" & teach the dog to put their head under a pillow; you can use the word dildo, & still teach it to put it's head under the pillow. it has ABSOLUTELY NOTHING to do with what the words mean to us; all the dog knows is when it hears those words, it's head needs to go under the pillow. my dog was so well trained, i hardly ever used words; i didn't even have to call his name. all i had to do was snap my fingers & point to what i wanted him to do, or where i wanted him to go. dogs don't use words; they use body language, eye contact, & energy(or vibes) to communicate. in all actuallity, she didn't even need to say "shame on you"; a look would suffice. if you knew anything about dogs, you would know that her body language is saying "i'm having fun, when do i get a treat?" rather then "i feel so ashamed for being a pit bull".
oh don't sit there & think dogs can't understand the human language.....i swear they're just playing dumb LOL. but i never had to use words with my dog, not even when he was outside. a few snaps to get his attention & a finger pointing into the house was all i needed. he knew he was in trouble when i used words, unless i was using that stupid voice everybody else uses when they talk to their pets lol
Exactly… The thing I noticed IMMEDIATELY when watching Sin's training was that tail wagging the entire time.. That's real training done right… And a love you can feel through a computer screen… What a great fur baby mommy!
I have a Jack Russell and if I am talking with the wife about going to the store or any where. He understands. He knows the word car , truck ride, and don't try to fool him by spelling these words, because he knows what we are talking about.
just want to say-is overtraining the answer? Had great dog as kid-no specialized training. Have great dog now-he does not say grace or put toys away. He loves me and anyone that he meets-2 or 4 legs. He comes when's called. sits when asked.Kisses randomly and frequently. Why would I want more?I'll gladly put his toys away and take him for a run.
+Pat Ashnault Just like humans, every dog is different. I have dogs that just do basic obedience and they are terrific. Sin is the first dog I've ever trained to this extent. Sin displayed many of these tricks before she was trained because she enjoyed the attention. So to answer your question, no, overtraining isn't neccesarily the answer, but when you see that training makes the dog happy and she has a natural gift for learning, you go from there. You know nothing about my dog and I know nothing about yours. Bottom line, my dog was happy. Another thing you are unaware of is the Sin had her Canine Good Citizen certificate and she helped bring happiness to people in need with her training. I truly believe she knew she made people happy and that made her happy. She was an indoor dog that slept in my bed, went out with me where ever I went and received more love than probably 99% of the dogs out there. Do not judge me or my dog. You have made an assumption purely based on ONE youtube video. At the end of the day, her being happy was all that mattered and I think I was one hell of an owner. Thank you for watching.
Juice is a red nose Pitt-we adopted when owners could not find an apartment that would accept him-they purchased him from a breeder and his ears are cropped-do not like that! I am sorry if my comment offended you-you obviously do great work!
Exactly. I do not like the crawling thing. I want my baby to be happy. :) I love to see him fetch his ball and be all worn out afterwards like a child who played hopscotch
Were Sin's ears clipped by you or before you (hopefully) adopted? Please don't do the "shame on you" one, it is making the dog feel bad for your entertainment, and all the dog wants is to please you. That is a life of confusion for your dog.
+Riley Henne Wrong. The command has been attached to a positive experience. Do you really think she is confused? She does not know what shame on you really means. She knows to tuck her nose under a pillow when she hears that command and she will be rewarded. Lol she performed the trick happily and received a treat. I think you are the confused one.
that is a beautiful dog. she is so smart :) good job training her and giving her a loving home. she is very lucky she isnt like most of the breed, being faught, bred, left for dead, abused, or sitting in a shelter. i love that you have given her such a great life. i thank you! :)
stuck2U2 she doesn't know what that saying means?? she's a dog.. owner says it in an upbeat manner. just another game to the dog. pits aim to please, pit seems obliged to participate in these games. notice the eyes, she is always trained on her owner, she is having fun.
Pit Bulls just connect with you and will do anything to make you happy. You did a fantastic job with sin. I have never seen any dog so willing to work . Wow you and Sin are a great team; no pun intended. Great video.
One must not automatically assume that the current owner of a dog is the one who cropped its ears. Many rescue dogs have their ears cropped prior to being adopted. Perhaps, if it bothers you so bad, instead of leaving a terse comment you could just have the guts to ask the dog owner outright if the dog's ears were cropped before or after the owner got/adopted the dog.
Yes I hate it also, and tail docking, it's disgusting. But you have to agree with ScarlettCrimson, sometimes people get these dogs that have been mistreated by previous owners, and Pitbulls seem to be the prime abused dogs. It's been unlawful in the UK for some years now except if they are a working dog (tail docking only).
Poor dog. I find this kind of stuff disrespectful. Could you imagine another species more advanced coming to Earth and treating human like this? Taking them as pets, claiming to love them, and then balancing treats on their nose and making them perform for food.
+Justin Martin Please just go change your tampon and man the fuck up. My dog has had a better life than half the people on this earth. She's clearly happy about what she's doing and training is just a part of disciplining. Discipline is a part of life. Imagine how the world would be without it.
+Justin Martin Some people think the relative anonymity of the internet gives them license to expose their id and spew insults. While I cannot say I have never vented my anger in the past, I want to assure you that this comment is not meant to pick a fight or insult you, but to hopefully give you a different perspective. If it helps change your mind, that is great, but even if your opinion remains unchanged, at least you have been given something to consider. I believe the example you offered exposes the problem. To be specific, the part that reads ...treating human like this;. This is where your reasoning is flawed - you are anthropomorphized the dog, Sin. You ha;ve made the assumption that a dogs mind works in the same way as a humans. They do not. Just picture what you think is a happy life for a dog - if you could give a dog the most perfect life, what would it do throughout the day and night? Not just a vague generality like to live free with plenty of space, but how and where the dog would eat, sleep, defecate & urinate, even have sex, how it would spend its time in an ideal situation. Now picture a person being subjected to that life - do you know any person who would be happy living like that? Of course not. Dogs have a pack mentality - they instinctively establish within their minds a hierarchy within their pack (the people & animals they live with). Dogs also crave structure & a set routine, an instinct that as been encouraged through centuries of breeding in domestication. Dogs need physical interaction with the members of their pack. Learning tricks can be very satisfying to dogs. Fetching a ball or stick is a trick. While there are some dogs that never learn to fetch, are you saying the dogs that do learn to fetch are not enjoying themselves?
+Dark Angel Sin is not a human baby, Sin is a dog. Dogs are often compared to toddlers when describing a dog's intelligence & ability to understand, remember & learn (it's believed that a really smart dog is relatively as a slightly slow 2 year old child) and dogs do experience many of the same emotions as humans, but the comparison between a dog & a human child refers to level of intelligence, it doesn't mean the dog thinks in the same way as a human child. Do you know any humans above the age of 3 or 4 who enjoy repeatedly fetching an object? A human toddler probably would, but any older child or adult would find it boring & resent being expected to fetch something over & over. They might enjoy playing catch, but not fetch. Dogs LOVE to repeatedly fetch an item & love it when their human companion praises them each time they bring back the object. If you repeatedly praised a child over the age of two, the kid wouldn't be as thrilled every time. Even in the wild, dogs prefer to live in packs, adhering to a strict order of superiority. They don't have the ability to express specific ideas, thoughts & emotions through a spoken language, they don't put things up to a vote & they don't take turns sharing power. They prefer to follow an established leader. Even if you don't consciously train a domesticated dog & give it an established routine, it will establish one for itself based on observing & following you, who the dog perceives as its pack leader. If you wake up, take the dog out, feed the dog, leave it home alone & return at relatively the same time five days in a row, a dog is going to expect you to follow that same routine every day, not five on, two off. RUclips has hundreds if not thousands of cute videos showing dogs trying to wake up their human companions when they have slept in. And Sin's human companion is not "teasing him with food". Does the dog look like it isn't fed enough, that Sin is so happy to receive the small bits of food because Sin is hungry? Do you think the woman is rewarding Sin with bits of the same food Sin is fed in much larger quantities every day? Sin is not being teased with food, Sin is being rewarded with a special treat, something which is probably too rich or high in salt, fat & possibly protein to be eaten in large enough quantities every day. If you tell a child you'll take them out for ice cream if they rake up all the leaves in the yard, are you teasing that child with food? No, you're giving the child a reward for completing a task. Dogs are wonderful animal companions, but they aren't humans. Their minds work differently than ours.
Adorable! We have a 1 y.o. blue and everytime he gets into trouble he rolls over on his back. Our last one was SOOO smart! You could tell him to "fix his ears" and he would shake his head! It was a riot! Once I told him to go get a stick and he came back with a tree branch...They are so adorable and intelligent!
Oh Stephanie! Did NOT get scope of ignorant haters out there just read other comments. My dog is a purebred rednose purchased from a kennel and adopted by us when first people couldn't keep him. And yes his ears were cropped.Sad to think of doing that to a little puppy. Can't undo what's done. You rock on and keep doing your good work for the breed and all dogs
What a beautiful, smart, well trained girl! (I mean the doggy lol!) There needs to be more videos & more pit owners like this lady showing positive images of the breed!
Watching this vid makes me cry. Our female Red Nose "Harley" knew 25 plus voice commands, knew left from right, understood at least 4 different colors, knew my 3 sons by name. She loved to hunt and chase, snuck out a door that was not fully closed and crossed the road and was struck by a car.( not drivers fault) I grieve for that dog nearly every day. No one who has a good pit is surprised by this vid. They are the most intelligent, capable, eager to please dog ever!
OMG! She is so beautiful and smart. I loved this video. Now if only more people could see great examples of pits like this they wouldn't be so hateful.
The dog is a reflection of its owner and this owner certainly sets a good example in the way she trains her dog. The dog understands the commands and this is excellent.
I LOVE this video. I was laughing while viewing it. Wish I could train my pitbulls to do the same. Love the Bible, crawling, basically everything about this video. Please continue with making videos like this - great job.
I LOVE THE SHAME ON YOU TRICK!! She is beautiful, I am so happy you posted these videos to show that these dogs are AMAZING!! These dogs are not monsters. The monsters are at the other end of the leash! I'm sharing this with my brother he has a beautiful pit bull as well!
awee i got a 2 month old gsd and i wish i about a year or 2 i'll be able to train my dog just as smart as you did , such a beautiful dog you have and so smart , hope she lives for a very lonng time and dont let that bond between you two go away.
THANK YOU for training a Pitbull the right way!!! too many people dont understand its not the dogs fault they only know what is taught to them & your Pit is AWESOME! :D. I Love Dogs & its weird dogs like me too i never had a problem with any kind of dog
Maza, where are your many many many videos of YOUR extremely well trained dog?? Kudos to you, Sin's owner! I too have a smart pit, I understand their intricacies & their WANT to get out their energy & their need to please us is a part of the breed. My dog knows a lot of the same tricks as Sin- and some he taught HIMSELF! This isn't about training, its about loving our animals and getting to watch them love us back.. the look of love in a pitties eyes who has made its parent happy is incomparable
Dogs like to do things. It's more fun for them to do a few tricks for their human than it is to just hang around being bored. It's a game as far as they are concerned, dogs tend to like games. your right i suppose
Love her, she is beautiful AND smart! You are obviously the kind of person who is ideal to own a pit bull, someone willing to give this magnificent breed the time, attention, and love they deserve!
Beautiful dog! Thanks for showing the positive side of these dogs! God bless.
what a charmer!! shes beautiful and smart
Wow! She's so smart and cute! Thank you for spending all that time with her!
she really seems to enjoy it!
What an absolutely adorable baby! Pitbulls never grow up, they are always babies! :D
Dogs in general never grow up, lol
"Shame on you!!!" that was the cutest thing ever!
This is a very happy dog. He's doing what dogs have been bred to do over many centuries of domestication - pleasing his owner. Dogs are social animals and enjoy having a job to do. He does it very well! He is not obeying out of fear, but enjoying a close relationship with his person.

my dog doesn't need to jump through hoops for me to love it or be cute. that was excessive!
Thank you for showing how intelligent and willing to please our pit bulls are : ) Lovely dog!
People. Its not that serious. Cant we just watch this and smile with entertainment? You people just find the negative rather than looking on the bright side that a woman loves he dog and another pit bull is in a loving home and not a shelter. Period.
Amazing training! Sin is a beauty! : ) Pits are just so cute! She is really a hoot!
I have 3 children and I was really thinking hard about getting a pitbull and you just made my mind up with your video!!! thanks alot!! SIN is a great dog and I hope mine is just as smart...:)
it's only smart because this person has trained there's well. I hope you realize a dog like the Pitbull will need serious training.
This is not a pitbull
b rhodes How would u know most breeders cant even tell anymore
i realise they are easy to train. but what im saying is you cant wish that a different dog in the breed will be as smart as one you see on youtube. pitbulls need alot of training and socialization so they are well mannered and not a threat to anyone when you walk it down the street. im not bagging out the breed either, i love pitbulls, and i wish i could own one but the laws in Australia dont see to kindly to the idea of owning a pit. :'(

Oh, that tail looks some kind of powerful. She is gorgeous!
Well u have done a remarkable job training her. Wow she is so smart.
I love the way Sin prayer, AMEN! Good Job Sin! 👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻
Wow what excellent training and super cute
You are a joy. I was sad and I came upon this video and am absolutely joyful. You are a great worker with your furr baby.
I trained her for about 3 years. I taught her everything she know. I am a part time dog trainer
Sin is too cute, love the "shame on you" trick. I need to teach my pit bull Koopa more, he's also super smart and knows a few things and could learn tons more if I took the time to teach him. Great video, keep up the good work with Sin, she looks so happy doing her tricks, tail almost always wagging.
shame on you haha awesome
Sin wagging her tail during her training is what EVERY pet owner should strive for… You're a wonderful fur baby mommy!
Excellent.. You should show you dog training videos
You have done a awesome job with that beautiful baby girl. I am a pit bull lover and she's a very healthy/beautiful family member. Keep up the excellent training. Pitbulls for LIFE.

+Aunty Keli Thank you thank you! =)
Sin is beautiful, I love the color of his coat and it has the most glorious sheen🤗🤗
sin is praying lol
The cuteness went through the roof during the 'shame on you'!
Pit bulls are lovely ♥

+Kris Carpenter Well said, my boy reacts(mostly) to sounds and hand gestures instead of words. No lead required, he just does what I ask.
You *liar* ! I yelled "dildo" to our dog and instead my wife left me. Can you Talk to her?
You have the most beautiful and amazing dog ever!! Good for you and for her, it´s obvious she has a great family that loves her!

human slavery at is finest.
Awsome!! I love pitbulls. One of the most loyal, affectionate, and smartest dogs you can have. You did a great job training her.
I liked the beginning but why say "shame on you " just to get his reaction when he has done nothing wrong is sending conflicting signals
soooo true!! I thought the exact same thing??
stuck2U2 : Just putting the dog in a nueroticc state of confusion. It was s bit much ! 😨.

why is it disgusting if it can prevent ear infection? its not like it hurts the dog.

Poor dog.

+Dark Angel yeah I would. Kids are dogs who don't have the decency to die at 13. HAHAHAHAHAHA Daniel Tosh joke btw.
i appreciate ur love of pitbulls...the pic at the end of him sleeping is adorableeee
What a sweet and very smart doogy. I sure love me some dogs with personality and that one is loaded with it ! Again, Nice Doggy !!!!!!!!!!
Such a well mannered little girl, She deserves and extra treat.
Ahhh, what a face...she's beautiful, thanks for sharing!
What a cutie and so happy!!!! look at her smile!!!
What a beautiful, smart, well trained girl! (I mean the doggy lol!) There needs to be more videos & more pit owners like this lady showing positive images of the breed!
This was long ago. I hope she is still around. A beautiful smart girl. Well trained and loved.
This is a VERY happy dog. This dog has a purpose and a leader! Great owner!
'Shame on you' Her looks when the owner was saying that 2 her LOL and the way she was moving hahahahaha 😂😄😅😝🙌

I hate how people say pit bulls are so mean and then you see this sweet cute and smart pit bull I love it
Wow!!!! Simply amazing!!!!!!! Right off the rip, she's bowed her head to pray!!!!!
you've have a wonderful friend, exactly what all pet owners want, a happy, healthy, pet.
lol the "shame on you" part made me laugh a little bit, because that was really cute.
Such a smart dog.
OMG how sweet!! she is the spitting image of my pit, LOLA, I hated pit bulls until i had one (by accident) they are the sweetest dogs.
The dog is a reflection of its owner and this owner certainly sets a good example in the way she trains her dog. The dog understands the commands and this is excellent.
Beautiful beautiful dog!
I love it. Very impressive. I question whether I could ever keep my Pitty boy focused enough to carry these out, so I was wowed. Great job.

That was a great vid =)
So cute with the pillow, "shame on you", lol
Maza, where are your many many many videos of YOUR extremely well trained dog??
Kudos to you, Sin's owner! I too have a smart pit, I understand their intricacies & their WANT to get out their energy & their need to please us is a part of the breed. My dog knows a lot of the same tricks as Sin- and some he taught HIMSELF! This isn't about training, its about loving our animals and getting to watch them love us back.. the look of love in a pitties eyes who has made its parent happy is incomparable
Cutest and smartest dog I have ever seen!
the one of most smart dogs! 'Shame on you!' is the most laughing scene. haha...
