@Brian Henson title defense aren’t a huge deal in this sport really. Like look at Conor... he had the ability to walk away from the sport as the greatest ever (in terms of skill) before the Diaz, Khabib and Floyd fights... but there was also the argument he didn’t do enough. Jones, Silva, GSP, those are the three most prolific champions the sport has seen. Patricio Pitbull is getting up there too. I guess it’s subjective but Ngannous skill has a higher ceiling arguably with his age and the abilities God gave him. It’s tough, but with five or so defenses in the Heavy division he could start to separate himself greatly.

I met those two spirits before. I was 18 and on a quarter of shrooms. Thought I had enough time to take a shower and drive to a friends before they kicked in. I found myself listening to a yellow light telling me I am fine and drive anyway while a soft blue light told me to just stay and relax in the shower and accept taking the journey alone. Unfortunately I ended up driving only to make it half way because I thought my car was on fire. It turned out I could no longer tell the difference between rain and smoke. The rest of the day got progressively worse. Ever since that day I have always listened to the blue light.

As a homeless cat, I can say with absolute certainty that Brendan cannot possibly be part of a great team since he has failed as a college athlete, never had a chance in the pro’s and had a forgettable career in MMA.

Francis needs to go secretly to a Boxing Gym and get good at it because the UFC is going to screw him over royally with their exploitative extension contracts. Well said I completely agree with you. We’ve seen many stars come up in the ufc make a little bit of money and after retirement go through financial hardships. Francis is already what 34 or 35? I think a few more title defenses then he should seriously consider going the boxing route.
