I would say the trick is to avoid looking if you are nearby (take in your surroundings from further away) and don’t talk back at all if they try to get your attention. It will feel rude but it’s not a big deal and they will respect you ignoring them. Also you could keep your hands in your pockets or in your purse as you walk. For me, it was at night at Jemaa El Fnaa and the area is just crazy then. During the day you’re fine! I wouldn’t worry 🤍
Just say no and go on, it's not like they will force you, they can just be annoying but you can be firm and say no, that's what even us locals do when we visit such places
