I lost both legs in Vietnam and want to say thank you for your videos. When we had children, so many people ask, how we did it. I hated questions like that, but respect you so much for showing, where there is a will there is a way to do anything. Much respect.

It may be rude, but It may not necessarily be for dumbness...the so called "abled people" can't even imagine the amount of unknown muscles disabled people can train and develop...they can't figure it out 'cause they don't have experience or perception of those muscles. As simple as that. Those muscles are the key for extra strength and iperflexibility that allow all of you to do extraordinary things.

We often look up to the fortunate in our crap modern society and culture, whose achievements are more often than not a large part down to good luck. Yes, they work hard - but a vast amount of people work hard to no acclaim. Footballers, pop stars, Influencers etc are where they are predominantly due to lucky genetics - athleticism, beauty etc. The real heroes of the world are people like yourself who deal with unthinkable circumstances and do so with grace, humour, determination and optimism. You are the real hero!

Its a very valid adult intelligent question... how DOES one without arms, clean up after themselves??? Huhh??
For the people belly aching over this question being ask to this awesome lady... Can YOU tell me??? Because I couldn't imagine how one would say clean up themsleves after a bowel movement without arms and without help...... or a woman be able to clean up after urination...
I can perhaps figure the vaginal part out but not just fully grasp a foot and leg of the same person twisting like that...
But good lord that must be some impressive bending of the knees and hips to twist all the way around like that to reach those parts!!!!
Let's not forget we are not talking about something everyone else can do here...
So of course people with inquisitive minds of course are going to ask and would just like to know how that's possible...
Heck this knowledge could help anyone of us if we end up in that same situation...
And teach us how to return to our regular lives and be able to live happy and free..
if any of you other people out there have issues with people asking these kinds of questions, you need to grow up... how is one suppose to learn if not by asking??? And one can't just poof know the answer...
So there is only one way to find out.. ask as politely and reasonably as possible to someone who has the answer... in this case this fine lady had offered to answer any question within that topic... so...
And look, even she agrees that she did offer and she is certainly mature enough to nicely give us the answer...
So... everyone else... take a chill pill and let the rest of us learn..

Keep it up, youre precious in the eyes of God.

Fancy asking you such a personal question. Unbelievable! I remember seeing a woman like you in the town. She was with her children and husband who were walking behind. I approached her because I recognized her as the younger sister of a girl I was at school with and I wanted to know how her sister was doing. Her husband, bless him, was so protective of her that he immediately came forward and stood by her side. It was sweet to see how much her cared but sad that society had taught him he needed to do this.

This is a really nice series for you to start! And to start with this kind of topic is once again very courageous of you! People with arms certainly are curious because they likely have never imagined how they would do so many small but simple tasks with only legs and feet (or some other things using chin, shoulder, mouth, etc.). Actually I'm very glad you mentioned using your heels because this again is where non-foot users may lack some imagination in how things can be done.
I sure have questions to ask! And I will be honest and say right away that I'm glad you will talk about your perspective on foot fetishists because yes, I am one. I'll be very curious if you have tolerance or even acceptance of us and if that has changed over time, if you dated any or tried to avoid them, and how we treat you as a person (or fail to). How would you flirt with someone? Do you enjoy having your feet massaged or does that seem weird or unnecessary? Do you get tired of talking about feet and about being a foot user or do you enjoy talking about this unique aspect? I do notice that you put the English word "feet" in many of your video titles so I hope it is the latter! 😄 You are a very lovely woman and so I hope it is not rude to hope that you do also continue to show your beautiful and very talented toes doing the things the wonderful way you do them, sometimes "up-close and personal" as English speakers say!
On the opposite side, what about people you encounter who do not like feet or are uncomfortable that you use them in public settings? Do the "foot phobes" ask you not to touch something in a store or to move your feet off of a table or even to leave? And similarly, there are some cultures where showing the sole of one's foot or pointing a foot at someone is considered rude or even insulting--what would you do if you visited such places? Would you hope they can be tolerant of someone who only has feet to use?
You may also have experienced those who are attracted to amputees specifically... I can ask the same questions about your feelings about that group as with the foot fetish group. Are you ever concerned with showing your shoulders? Is it good, bad, or indifferent if someone put their hands on your shoulders like in greeting or in a conversation?
When you are in public places, should people offer to help you to hold, carry, or reach for something? Or would you prefer people do not ask to help unless you ask them? Do people annoy you by being curious and watching you, or do you like the attention? How should people greet you when you meet them? Would you ever shake someone's hand with your foot or would you prefer not to? Is hugging preferable even when meeting someone new? Do you have "pet peeves" about how you are often treated by others? Do you prefer to go mostly to specific places where you are already well known and have a comfortable reception?
Is your home working well for you and does it have anything you have changed to make it better or more comfortable for you? What do you look for when you look for a new home? Which room is the most important to suit you perfectly, or else you would not consider moving there (maybe the bathroom, or the kitchen)? When you travel, is it easy or sometimes challenging to use hotel amenities or other public facilities?
What is your self-image like? How do think you see yourself compared to how others see you? How do you see yourself in dreams, and do you dream about some of the things that challenge you in real life? Have you met other foot users who have lost their arms or who were also born without arms? If not, do you wish to? Did you have any guidance from the experience of other foot users when you were growing up or did you have to figure out everything along with your family? Did you ever get fitted for artificial arms and use them or did you know this was not something you would ever need from a young age? How was it for you interacting with other children and teenagers when you were growing up and in school?
I know you have already covered getting dressed, and you shared that jacket made specifically for armless women. But I think it would be interesting if you modeled some of your various outfits and talk about what about each works well for you and what does not--sometimes maybe you buy clothes that are less practical because you like the look of them? Maybe this is not even a taboo/adaptability topic but something you could do regularly to change and model 2-3 of your outfits in each video about your clothes and preferences. I noticed in some of your videos that a sleeveless top (like in your exercise video) looks like it would slip off if you didn't hold your shoulders up constantly--is that ever a problem? Do your shoulders get tired keeping clothes from slipping? And what about shoes? Do you like shoes, sandals, and boots and have many, or do you get just the minimum because you will be kicking them off as soon as you get home and go barefoot? Do you avoid going barefoot at home so that you do not need to wash your feet as often?
As an artist, do you always paint or have you tried other types of media (sculpting, drawing, using fabrics, etc.)? Did you have support learning art or was it hard to get teachers to work with you or understand how to teach someone with no arms?
I could probably ask more but maybe that is more than enough. You are such a dear heart to make the videos you already do and to add this regular series to that is fantastic! I look forward to seeing what you will talk about! I am happy to be a supporter of you and it is delightful to interact with you. Thank you for all you do to share things about your life and for being a wonderful person! 😊

    Dear Sarah,
    Hello from Melbourne, Australia.
I for one am not disappointed that you declined to give detail about such an intimate question. It's none of our business and it's also obvious you possess the necessary ability to manage all major issues in your life. Let's leave it at that. And thanks for doing some videos in English. My schoolboy French fails me totally when you speak in your native tongue and normal conversational speed.

I admire your bravery Sarah. Being a physically challenged person myself. I would find it hard to show how I do certain stuff.
One day, I'll manage to muster the courage to do so.
    You're an inspiration.
    God bless you.

Sarah, I have nothing but respect for you! Some people ask me the same because of the way my arms are from my disability, Arthrogryposis. I just look surprised when I look down at my arms, like it's the first time me seeing something is wrong!! 😲

If any of yall are from belgium what's the traditional cleaning up method over there? I was trying to think about this I dont think the legs could bend in a way that would make it possible to wipe, but maybe they use bidet instead of toilet tissue. But then again shes able to do many things in ways that I wouldn't think of it's really amazing. I was trying to imagine how she got her toes done (must be at a nail salon I figured) and then she showed it in a video doing it herself and did it so well, I was so impressed.
